Jetts Figtree

Negative experience: I was a member on and off for 2 years and I found that the equipment was old and dusty. When I asked them for a receipt it took them 2 months to reply! Poor customer service and outdated, dirty equipment. Never going back.

Negative experience: This gym is super convenient and adequate equipment, but the hygiene is beyond disgusting. Hair everywhere. When a vacuum is done, it's not under the equipment. Equipment is NEVER wiped done, it should be wiped down daily. It needs a paint, hasn't been painted in years. CLEAN it DAILY. WIPE DOWN equipment thoroughly!!! Same stain on the carpet for years. Clean the excercise mats weekly! Step it up guys, people do notice.

Negative experience: Unfortunately not the best gym I’ve been to. The gym equipment is seriously outdated. Clearly this place needs an upgrade. Great service though even though the place looks like it’s from the 1990s.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service and facilities at Jetts Figtree. Staff are friendly & professional. Equipment and room is always spotless and hygienic. And I love the choice of songs used in the background music.

Fantastic experience:

Positive experience: Not a huge range but enough to.do most things needed in a routine. Quite a few machines were not working and has taken some time for them to be repaired but nothing that impacted anyone's workout. The man who run a the gym is super pleasant and friendly to the members and is seen helping put very often which is a great thing to see
