Fantastic experience: Great facilities, always clean, PTs are amazing and the owner is great. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: There was chewing gum all over the floor. I find nothing worse than the feeling of something unpleasant stuck to the bottom of your shoe. A useful metaphor for this place though, I have to admit.

Negative experience: please refund the $39.oo you have taken from our account. you were told in writing within the 10 day cooling off period that Damian wasn't going ahead due to the first intro session! It doesn't state on the agreement that you have to hand in the key, although I did hand it in to a young girl. You have still taken out the first month. Please fix this...Michelle
