Fantastic experience: I have been at Embrace for about 7 months now and it is the most welcoming and fun place to train. From the first time I walked in the doors I was welcomed by trainers and members alike, I was surprised even trainers I hadn't met yet knew my name and everyone was so supportive. I recently completed one of the Embrace challenges and lost 9.6kg. its not always about the number on the scales but for me it is my current motivation/goal and I don't think I could have achieved this anywhere else on any other program.
