Fantastic experience: Kristy is absolutely lovely! An absolute day-maker she is. The facility is clean and tidy, lots of stock if you forget your towel or water bottle (or a shirt lol).

Positive experience: Great fitness chain! Only downsides are the limited parking and that a few staff get up from their phones/ computer to greet and farewell you.

Fantastic experience: Signed up after a walk through on Saturday after chatting the phone with Kristy earlier in the week who was so helpful - really love the facilities and everything that is on offer! I have 2 kids and so creche has been awesome to have, my 2yo loves it and they were so kind helping with my 3month old! Every visit my husband and I've had since signing up has been amazing. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Doesn't matter how many times you tell the staff who the manager Dean or actually tell Dean the AC in this gym is not set to 18 or any decent temperature for summers in Townsville. Most times on the floor it's 30 degrees. It's ridiculous for the money people spend that you are more interested in saving on AC and getting aggressive in tone when asked. Everyone I know that goes here had experienced this but nothing changes. Could be an awesome gym if you thought about your clients not just $. Is it 2026 ut will be fixed or perhaps 2028?
