Fantastic experience: These guys and girls have been really welcoming, and the gym is very well equipped. The appearance and branding is that of a more hardcore body building gym, but if you’re not that way inclined don’t let that put you off. Everybody is super friendly. They have highly qualified and personable exercise physiologists to avail of. If you’re after something a bit more concealed and semi-private there are fully equipped rooms further back in the gym. There’s a kitted out wind-down and recovery area, massage chairs, sauna, ice baths, etc. Prefer the Thailand feel? There are a number of full sized punchbags outside in the yard area. There’s also a large monkey bars style rig for the calisthenics crowd. I have no idea what the dumbbell size goes up to because I don’t even look at that end of the rack, but there’s a lot. I even saw people using an arm wrestling rig that they have too. Stretching, rolling, TRX, posing room. Ice machine and filtered water. Merch and energy drinks. And it’s probably the cheapest gym around for how well equipped it is. If you also hate the scammy lock in contracts that are super hard to leave, this gym is for you. If you do decide to lock in the cheaper rate by taking a contract, you can break it for a small fee. They’ve also helped me advertise my own business, I’m new in town, this is a great place to work out.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve ever been to, even outside Townsville, so many facilities inside - being linked with no boundaries health and osteo is a massive bonus with the new recovery room and access to on site massage and dry needling this gym definitely doesn’t deserve the negative attention it has received. Fantastic experience: The excellent gym where you can practice various sports activities with maximum protection against covid, constant strict control based on rules for hygiene and sanitation, entrants, distance and professional staff.

Fantastic experience: I was often in this gym and every time I scored, I was always followed by the trainers! Very organized gym, only those who can swim all styles.

Fantastic experience: $15 a week, no lock in and a small 6 monthly fee. How could you choose anywhere else? Classes, creche are also included. I love this place and spend a good 10 hours a week here. The equipment is fresh, maintained and just a joy to use. Does get extremely busy 3:30 - 6pm due its amazing location behind the industrial estate. PTs are very knowledgeable. Benny is always available for questions and is happy to help with form if you ask.

Positive experience: Great gym, but the music is too loud and distracting. Would be good if you could bring to the music volume down.

Negative experience: Poor advertisement on a gym. They advise that it is a no lock in contract however they keep charging you until you hand back the 24/7 access card which you already pay $25 for at the sign up. Post card back, apparently never received. Doesn’t advise on how to cancel until multiple emails later(days). Then to be told there is a 2 week cooling off period. Clearly can’t cancel at anytime when I signed up none of this was advised. No lock in contract is false advertisement.

Positive experience: Bigger on the inside then what the outside shows. Classes available. Front room music is really loud but can escape that by going to the rear rooms. A lot of water stations available
