Fantastic experience: Been a member here since 2013, as a gym, very basic, mostly for over 40's, and people who need to lose weight. Staff are very helpful and professional. Every member has a set routine, but there's a variety of equipment they can play with, to their heart's content. No one is under any pressure, and you can work according to your level of fitness, very easy-going atmosphere, I like it.
