Fantastic experience: Traveling for a week and wanted to keep fit. Dropping in for a few workouts. Great gym, friendly people and cool atmosphere. Cate helped me settle in and made me feel welcome.

Fantastic experience: What an awesome place. I was only in Townsville for one night and wanted to get a workout in. I messaged CF4810 on Facebook and Cate responded right away inviting me down. I was welcomed, shown around and introduced to the regulars, it was an awesome experience. Had a great workout from a coach that knew her stuff and was encouraged throughout the session. I’ve been to a number of CF boxes and this experience is up there near the top.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to CF 4810 for letting me come workout with you guys while I stayed in Townsville. Everyone was welcoming especially for a 5.15am class. Coach Gordon seemed very quite and of few words. But he went over things well. Maybe a little more engagement would be great. But still for a 5am class it was good and to workout hard with other was good too. Thank you.
