Fantastic experience: F45 Townsville City are so welcoming! I recently joined and it was like joining a family. Great quality trainers, a friendly team to train with and clean, well-maintained gym. Workouts to suit all fitness levels which change every day so boredom can’t be an excuse! Loving it!

Fantastic experience: Training at F45 in the city is fast moving, intense and challenging and by far one of the most enjoyable workout experiences I have had. The team are helpful and encouraging during the workout and make sure that you apply the correct form to reduce any potential risk for injury. I’d recommend the experience to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I joined after a week trial for the 6wk challenge. I love the classes, the 'team training' is highly motivating and I lost 4kg and 3.5% body fat in 6 weeks. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a structured, high intensity, come and go / no preparation fitness experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been in Townsville for the past 5 weeks on a temporary uni placement and the staff at f45 have been super accomodating. In this very short period they have made me feel so welcome and like a true member. Thank you to all of the team at f45 Townsville city for creating such a wonderful atmosphere to exercise in!

Fantastic experience: Despite it not being the closest one to my house- I attended this studio for five years because of how it makes you feel like family. The studio is top notch and always cool and well ventilated. The trainers are professional, fun and approachable and throughout all of my fitness goals I have had my f45 family behind me! Fantastic experience: Super enjoyable and the trainers are fantastic at making sure your form is correct and you know what you're doing. They're always willing to tweak a workout to accommodate any injuries and they make you feel comfortable in a setting in which I normally feel the opposite. Wonderful workouts, upbeat music getting you pumped!

Fantastic experience: My Fiancé and I were in town and wanted to fit in a session. A quick message and we were sorted and looked after. The two trainers were great lead by Michael and they were more than happy to help us if needed. Could not have been better. Get in there if your local and give it a go!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been aware of F45 for a few years and finally decided to give it a go. I’m mid way through a challenge and absolutely loving it. Genuinely look forward to going to F45 every evening, having some good music played at me and forgetting my problems for 45 minutes! There’s a time slot to suit everyone and everyone is super friendly. Finally, I like that there are screens with demonstrations of all the exercises for the session around the studio so if you forget what you have to do next you can find your place again! Highly recommend F45 Townsville City.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to F45 Townsville City for nearly 12 weeks now! It has really flown by. It is amazing how fast I have seen my body change!! It is an all over body work out targeting every muscle group. Not only does it work but it is lots of fun. The crew they have going there are super friendly and really helpful. As are the trainers. They are very hands on, helping you and correcting your technique. I put off going for a long time as I have lower back problems but you can make your workout suit you. There are always lower impact options to choose from. Do yourself a favor and give it a try! I am addicted!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best workouts you'll experience with some of the best and friendliest trainers in town! After 8 weeks I was hooked and the transformation I saw in myself was one of the best and quickest I'd seen!
