F45 Training Toowoomba West

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained in many different gyms throughout Australia and I’m thoroughly impressed with the F45 Toowoomba West training environment. Love the vibe from all the coaches, they’re super supportive and can have a good laugh. Definitely the pillars of a good training team. I have two little ones who enjoy the crèche facilities provided. Each workout has a range of different options inclusive of all strength levels and injuries. One of the main parts I love is the monitors which provide a repeated demonstration of each set exercise, perfect for someone like myself who forgets instructions easy. Can’t wait to continue my fitness journey with this awesome team.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending for a week at this studio during my recent visit to Toowoomba. I have chosen this studio because it was user friendly for visitors like myself. We can purchase visit passes on the app itself and it's hassle free. It's conveniently located near to TK Mexx, Harvey Norman, and there are ample parkings in front of the studio (free parking), very clean toilets. The lady trainer (i think is the owner) who single handedly demonstrates every station professionally and is always friendly and ready to greet everyone at 6am with a smile. Love the vibe in this studio. It's big and spacious, all the equipments are neatly arranged and i must say, the choice of music is excellent in every class!!! Plus point: they give out cold towels after each class! (first experience of such)! And they also have a playroom for children while the parents work out!! I wish they would have this in Singapore! Big shout out to the 6am members! They are full of energy, (especially the ladies!) And definitely super fit and i have to admit I was trying hard to catch up! Definitely hope to be back again soon!
