Negative experience: Been a member for 3 years, at first it seemed a bit convenient since I live 20 mins away. But the amount of times I've walked in to willows I just get this disgusting wiff of something, Idk if it's the amount of sweat the highschool boys give off, or someone probably just let out a diabolical protein fart near the leg extentions (not the staffs fault of course). Not to mention, everytime I go get a drink of tap water, the temperature is absolutely horrendous. At this point, I'm not even convinced if it's actual water or not, somethings telling me its probably sweat. Most of the staff there seemed reasonably nice I suppose (considering thr fact I got told off for adding more weight on the pec deck). And for a gym that's ridiculously small, people should not be charging about $20 a fortnight for a membership. No hate to Willows or the staff, just wish it could be better‍♂️ (nothing personal).

Fantastic experience: An excellent gym that provides a diverse range of classes and equipment. Well priced with friendly staff. Craig and his people are a credit to the facility. Ample parking and quality on line support services including booking process.

Fantastic experience: Great value for money. Friendly staff and everything is at your own pace. Love that I can book my own swimming lane. Favourite is the Stretch class.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Yeah, it may not have the newest, fanciest equipment. But that is way overshadowed by the variety and number of classes, in particular what's on offer with the Small Group Training membership (yoga, hiit, cardio etc) where the classes are longer than the 30mins at other facilities and the number of classes on offer most days. And it's so friggin friendly (and has a pool!)

Fantastic experience: Great place to go 1st thing in the morning but by 9 the place is pumping and alive, staff care and take time to stop and chat

Negative experience: My experience only here - for those of us that are triggered by smells, I found upon entering Willows to enquire about the swimming pool and squash court OVERWHELMING! It was loud and smelly - on a Wednesday morning, at about 8am (not during COVID-19). I tried to persist, however their pool access is not disability friendly (I have mobility issues), and unless you have time to fuss and wait, their squash court availability seemed to be quite restrictive - I didn't get a view of the court though - so can't comment to that end. :-( Respectfully, it's not for everyone - their staff seemed pleasant though. :-D

Fantastic experience: GREAT GYM! The staff are absolutely fantastic, the trainers are incredibly thorough and very learned in the industry and even the owner, Troy will come out of his way to say hello to you! Plus their COVID-19 measures are very in depth with cleaning and sanitizing, as they genuinely care about your wellbeing! Keep up the great work guys :)

Fantastic experience: We love Willows. The centre is superb and the team are caring, knowledgeable and inspiring. The yoga facilities are world class and the gym equipment is new and well maintained. Class times are well thought out and the indoor pool and spa are exceptional. Thank you Willows! Also gym fees are reasonably priced
