Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym! The instructors and reception staff are exceptional—they're always willing to help you anytime and greet you with a warm smile. The equipment is very well maintained and consistently clean, creating a welcoming environment. The classes are powerful and effective, helping you get the most out of your exercises, thanks to motivated and committed instructors. They also offer fantastic amenities like a sauna, ice bath, and self-tan room. Plus, they have a kids' club where you can leave your children while you enjoy some time to exercise and unwind. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Was with the Cave for about 18 months, before cancelling my membership due to personal reasons. Despite cancelling I can't not recommend this gym to anyone who's interested in attending one. The guys are great, I trained with one of their personal trainers, he was awesome. The place is well looked after, and tidy, with more than enough equipment to please anyone. Thanks Cave for having me, and I hope to return in the future.

Fantastic experience: The Cave has consistently exceeded my expectations and impressed me! From the quality of their equipment and offerings (like the sauna, rock wall and locker rooms/bathrooms that feel like pure luxury), to the friendliness of their staff, and not to mention the stellar sports nutrition shop right on location! It's an under statement to simply say these guys are doing everything right!

Fantastic experience: I had a look at a few gyms when I moved to Toowoomba and the Cave was by far the best value and had the best facilities. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the group fitness and reformer classes are run by some of the best instructors you will find. They also have a great shop that sells so much including meals. Thank you for having me guys, I will definitely miss training here.

Fantastic experience: The Cave in Toowoomba is a great, family owned gym. The equipment is excellent and well looked after, and there’s a great range of classes including HIIT, boxing and yoga. The space has a motivating, down to earth feel that makes it easy to show up and do the work. The community is genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the staff are always kind, approachable and professional. The yoga and Pilates area is calm, clean and a really nice space to unwind.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to The Cave Gym for about a year now, it is the best gym i have found in Toowoomba. The Cave Gym has excellent facilities that are always clean, the gym has a high diversity of equipment, the machines are very modern and easy to use, they are also kept clean. The gym shop had a great variety of supplements that are all high quality reputable brands at, you can also find plenty of personal storage if you may require it. With great facilities, great staff, and a great atmosphere I would highly recommend The Cave Gym.

Fantastic experience: The Cave is an absolutely amazing gym, I have had absolutely no issues when visiting their facility. The atmosphere is amazing, all the staff are lovely and have always been happy to help when I needed. All aspects of the gym are always kept clean, compared to a few other gyms I have been too in the past, and the variety of equipment available is perfect, regardless of what type of workout you wish to complete. I wouldn’t go to any where else and highly recommend that anyone looking for a welcoming gym should check out The Cave

Fantastic experience: All the equipment you'd ever need, plenty of Squat racks and Benches. If it weren't for me having to move out of Toowoomba, the Cave would be my forever gym. Done some of the evening Cardio, Yoga & Pilates classes as well. As a beginner to anything yoga-like, the classes were very accommodating. Had to take daughter in to the creche quite a bit over the years and she couldn't wait to go back everyday. Even when I didn't go gym, she'd want to go.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved my experience with The Cave Gym. The staff are super friendly and helpful and its always a good vibe. You never feel like you’re being judged by other gym users. Also the crèche is so good compared to other gyms around. They offer a bit more flexibility with the times you can get to gym with crèche unlike other gyms where it’s very rigid and you only get 1 chance a day to go. My kids thoroughly enjoyed going to this crèche and I thoroughly enjoyed having a couple hours to myself each time There’s so many extras here too which is fab. The group fitness classes were tough but fun! 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Toowoomba, these guys look after members, expand their facility, and actively look for ways to better the experience. All the trainers are lovely as, they will happily leave you alone if you want to do your thing, but they're always welcoming if you want to yarn. With the membership, they'll be loyal to you if you're loyal to them. Glad to see such a great and large home grown Toowoomba gym. One of the better things to come out of this city.

Fantastic experience: First of all, out of all the gyms I have been to, this is certainly the best. Compared other gyms the mood and atmosphere here are amazing. I have never felt more comfortable in a gym before. The machines and weights are well maintained and modern, providing a nice ease of use. Would definetly reccomend to any gym goers from beginners to even bodybuilders!

Fantastic experience: A really fantastic gym with a great friendly environment, the classes are my favourite as the trainers keep me motivated and It is handy having a workout planned for you. It is definitely a bonus that child minding is available also and my kids love it there as there is lots to do.

The cave provides an amazing range of services and gym equipment, with friendly staff and members more than keen to help with tips, tricks and pointers. Unfortunately, I've personally had to cancel my membership due to other obligations (which I am very disappointed about considering the cave is just one big family), but I would not hesitate to suggest this gym and to return when my busy life becomes a little less busy for fitness - Brad

Fantastic experience: The Cave is definitely standout gym compared to gyms I have been a member of in the past. I always feel like there is enough equipment even at peak hours. The climbing wall has been a really fun way to switch up my workouts from regular lifting sessions. Friendly staff and great selection for supplements in the shop too.

Fantastic experience: I think the cave gym is one of the best gyms in Toowoomba, would 100% recommend. The staff are lovely and very welcoming to everyone as well as all the members that are there. Having an up stairs and down stairs is great, as it provides a lot of space and isn't too clustered. The cave also has a supplements store which is very convenient and all staff are happy to help if you are not sure with what you are looking for or are new the the gym. Can't wait for the space to come in.

Fantastic experience: Loved going here, great atmosphere, ever was really friendly. Great variety of machines, weights, gets busy during peak hours, I liked going around 10pm and it was perfect. I really looked forward to going to the gym whenever I could fit it in. Having a shop there was so handy and I loved using their amino acids, so many different flavours. 100% recommend

Negative experience: owner was extremely rude to us. First day there and did not leave a good impression Maybe if it was discussed that first time members could not enter after hours would’ve been fine but it wasnt. I had mentioned exactly when i wanted to start my trial and no comment was mentioned about an access key

Fantastic experience: A fantastic facility with very supportive staff. Always welcoming upon arrival and happy to assist with overcoming the age old "gym anxiety". Highly recommend

Negative experience: The way that you responded to this is out of line and incorrect. I did not harass anyone. A random guy dropped his towel in front of me and I was not aware that he was with anyone. If anything that’s harassment right there, getting naked in front of someone else. To be clear, I did not ask you to kick anyone out of the gym. I brought awareness to a situation where I was abused in your gym by someone so that it wouldn’t happen to anyone else. The girlfriend went as far as to put on a show and pretend I assaulted her. Your staff member was looking out for me. It wasn’t until you focused on my one comment “you look good” to the random person who just got naked in front of me while I was in the sauna, minding my own business, where you flipped your lid. If the situation was reversed, I would’ve asked my partner why he changed in front of another female in the gym. I would never stand outside of a sauna someone was in and yell at them and threaten them. If the situation was reversed and someone told my partner they looked good, I would take the compliment graciously. Grow up. I hope if anyone’s learned a lesson here it is you. Stop treating people in such a disgusting manner. You clearly have a name for yourself because I’m not the only person who has had a bad experience in The Cave Gym which is directly related to you. I cancelled my membership there, not because of the facilities but because of your poor management and disregard for the safety of your members. The fact that you took the time to respond to *my previous *blank *one star review, says a helluva lot more about you. Especially when you’re framing the whole situation out to be something it wasn’t. There was never a problem with your staff or even with your husband. I was in the gym most mornings and had a really good relationship with the staff there and other members of the gym who I met whilst training there. Matter of fact, your husband didn’t even know you were emailing me or the nasty things you were saying. *Per calling the business phone # & him picking up.* You literally didn’t even want me to cancel my membership and made it difficult for me to do so. So don’t go around here playing off like I was ever banned. Like I said, I don’t want to be a member of your gym. That’s because of the way you handled this whole situation and the way you spoke to me. Wake up sis.

Fantastic experience: I have found The Gave Gym to be have an amazing and welcoming environment to visit and train. The staff and others using the gym are welcoming and very friendly. I cannot recommend the Cave Gym highly enough for anyone to visit and use the amazing facilities. Great place also for females to go to an train on their amazing equipment. Michelle as my PT was fantastic and a huge asset to the gym as well. Very caring, knowledgeable and works with you to build your individual program. Absolute 5 star rating al round. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: I have tried my fair share of gyms and The Cave Gym is honestly the best gym I’ve ever attended. Nothing intimidating about the place, I’ve always been able to attend do my own work outs with NO judgement what so ever. I would attend the gym between midnight and 3am I always felt safe at all times. The facilities are immaculate and extremely tidy! The staff has always been super helpful and the ladies down in the crèche are absolute superstars!! Will forever recommend these guys for anyone who is either experienced or starting out in their fitness journey.
