Negative experience: You guys charged me late fees because on your end you didn't fill out my details properly. Messaged saying my payment was late. Charged me late fees though my acc always has money in it. How am I charged when it was your fault on your end? I changed nothing on my card details and boom $110 out of my acc Cancel my membership

Positive experience: It's fine has everything but compared to Melville it's not that fantastic. Melville reformers are just amazing

Fantastic experience: I'm very impressed with the gym and professional staff here. The low cost was a driving factor for me to join as when I was looking for a gym to join I simply couldn't afford the fees of any other gym.

Positive experience: The gym is a good size and has a decent range of equipment, but the air conditioning doesn't work well.

Fantastic experience: Hi Revo team, I wanted to share a quick but important piece of feedback that I believe reflects the experience of a large portion of your members across all locations. These days, the vast majority of gym-goers — easily 90% or more — train with their own headphones. Despite this, the in-gym music is often so loud that even with premium noise-cancelling earbuds or over-ear headphones, I can still clearly hear it bleeding through. This means I have to crank up my own volume just to drown it out, which isn’t healthy long-term and defeats the purpose of noise-cancelling tech. I totally get that some members don’t wear headphones and enjoy background music, but they’re the minority. A significant reduction in volume — not a minor adjustment, but a real drop — would make a huge difference for the majority of us who bring our own sound. Ideally, I’d love an option with no music at all, but at the very least, I’m asking that you reconsider the current volume levels. I’m confident many members would appreciate it. Negative experience: I really enjoy starting my workout standing outside the door for 5 minutes because the app doesn't work.

Negative experience: No parking allowed for scooters or bikes.

Fantastic experience: Very clean gym with friendly staff. Jem is the Messiah of Revo and should get maximum accolades!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding...

Negative experience: Horrible staff! I had a medical issue and had to receive treatment and wasn't able to get in contact or do any physical activity. I asked to not be charged for the fees and they asked me to provide better from the doctor. I did but staff ignored me and charged my account double the fees when I'm already going through medical difficulties that is causing financial difficulties. A staff member names Jemima was neglected and didn't respond in more than a week! Horrible gym, do not pay for their services as they will not support you when a situation comes up. Try Jetts or Anytime fitness

Fantastic experience: Love the 24-hour access, the trainers are super friendly, and Jem's interpersonal skills are second to none. She always greets me with a warm smile and wishes me a good day post workout. I suggest a 7 fold pay rise.

Negative experience: Needs a new aircon desperately, always leave literally drenched in sweat. The only aircon that works is the one in the stretch room, the rest of the gym is like a sauna. Really annoying I can’t lie please get it fixed.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym, so cute, so fresh. Great vibes and really cool folks that work there. Love having a chat with everyone when I walk in, everyone’s so helpful, and Jem is always so lovely at the front desk.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym in Revo world. Not only does have ample room for the lifter's of weights it also has the largest free range area that allows for all kinds of workouts not weight rack driven. Can’t forget the monkey bar region, again haven't seen anywhere else in Revo land that has one like this, that allows for all kinds of free form and callisthenics moves. Most of the other gyms have these as small pokey afterthoughts. The cherry on top is the staff with the manager and her staff creating a very relaxed and welcoming environment. Always up for a chat and always helpful.

Fantastic experience: Awesome facility , huge space with plenty of weights equipment , a big functional fitness space with assault bikes sleds rowers ski ergs battle ropes kettlebells slam balls , plenty of treadmills and bikes , a seperate stretching and roam rolling area , always tidy and the manager is always happy and helpful : )

Positive experience: Lovely staff and good equipment, but desperately needs aircon or at least fans after hours. Complete sweat box, and unfortunately the only time I’m able to hit the gym now-days :(

Positive experience: I recently visited Revo Fitness in O’Connor and found it to be quite underwhelming. The gym is small, with a limited range of equipment that doesn’t cater well to diverse workout needs. On a positive note, it wasn’t crowded, likely reflecting the gym’s overall inadequacy. A major issue was the shaky dip bar that couldn’t be tightened, making it unsafe for use. Given these drawbacks, this was certainly one of my least satisfying Revo Fitness experiences.

Fantastic experience: Revo O’Connor is a great gym with everything that you need to have a good workout. It’s clean, has the necessity facilities and the staff there are great as well - super responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: Pretty good gym if you can avoid peak hours. Good size and range of equipment. Usually clean and tidy. Friendly staff. There is now an app that's quite usefull.

Negative experience: It’s got what you need except consistently present air con and ventilation and space. Air con doesn’t come on till about 6am and it only works in the main 1/3 section. Public holidays like “Good Friday” doesn’t come on at all. It’s over crowded with equipment to the point of personal space being an issue. Stretch room is always covered in hair, wouldn’t hurt to vacuum in there occasionally either. Can’t open any doors or windows to solve the air circulation issue temporarily either so yep..real model of good health Not all the Revo’s are like this. It just happens to be a bad one.

Negative experience: God only knows why they would change their cold Zip fountain to a fountain that only has luke warm water.. Honestly I could not care less how many plastic bottles are saved, I would way rather cold water. Hooottttt after hours when the aircon isn't on.

Negative experience: Don't be fooled by their website - there are always hidden fees, and if you want to quit they will keep charging your card until you can physically show up at the location even when you specifically ask them to stop. Completely inflexible.

Negative experience: If you go after 3 you're likely to find teenager boys play fighting, hogging machines they're not using, chasing each other and messing around. Happens every single day. Yesterday I sat down on a machine only for a teenager to walk over and say "we're still using that" even though there was no towel or anyone near the machine. Then when I let him have it, he immediately sat down and started texting for a few minutes. Staff couldn't care less.

Positive experience: Great gym, just wish they had some more equipment and some better treadmills. Staff here are super nice and helpful when signing up and showing you around.

Negative experience: it would be good to educate clients about the health benefits of walking a couple of extra metres when parking on parking spots instead of parking on verge or green grass cross the road "closer as possible" to the door.

Negative experience: They don't have a test day, the day they want to charge you 15 dollars. Contract for 3 months minimum. They don't have bike parking...

Negative experience: Generally a great gym and environment. People are friendly, staff are great, facilities clean. Issue arises when you have something break. They have been unable to get a new boxing bag in 3 weeks. I’m not sure if other equipment has this issue but I raised it with the staff a few times now and they said there’s nothing they can do. There’s literally a place that sells boxing bags with in 300m. Overall I would recommend this gym but when they can’t get a replacement for a core piece of equipment, it’s a big inconvenience.

Positive experience: The environment has a very low temperature, consequently my muscles and joints are always cold, wearing long leggings and hoodie. The abduction/adduction machine does not work. Other than that, the gym is always very organized and clean. It has a hip thrust machine, which some other fitness studios don't have.

Positive experience: It's a gym. The equipment is pretty good quality and there is plenty of it. However because the gym is very competitively priced it is always busy, especially in peak times. Staff are good. The main problem I have is the flexibility around pausing membership. 30 days notice must be given to pause membership. This may be okay for some but I sometimes have to travel last minute for work and doesn't work for me.

Negative experience: Hottest gym in Perth. Only gym I've ever gone to that's not freezing, you'll be sweating once you're through the doors. And that's not because if the workout. Brought it up with staff with no change. A cheap gym and smells like ot too.

Negative experience: The toilets is horrific. It is incredible the cleaner from 4:30 am only change the plastic bags the toilets smells horrible and the floors is disgusting Other gyms the cleaning is number priority over here is just zero attention on details I have to driver 10 minutes more to find other Revo gym because in here is just terrible

As soon as I had posted my previous review, Ella responded immediately to ascertain the source of my complaint. After explaining what had happened, she turned what could have been an ongoing issue it one that was solved on the spot. As a result, Revo O'Connor has gained a new member, and ongoing loyalty. In short, if more Perth-based businesses had staff as good as Ella, then there would be more happy customers.

You also get 24/7 access included in your membership so you can go in whenever you want or if you do shift work it's very convenient! it's well laid out and the equipment is new and easy to use. The parking is also very convenient and free!
