F45 Training Northbridge

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Northbridge in the hopes of finding something I’d stick to. I ended up finding an inclusive community, loads of banter, a group of incredible friends that I see frequently outside of the gym, personal bests I never thought I’d achieve and a love of burpees (this one was the most unexpected). Sam, Krysten and the amazing coaches all go out of their way to make sure you don’t ever feel like “just a member”. I’ve since moved a bit further away from the studio but I still train there multiple times a week - goes to show the right environment does make it stick!

Fantastic experience: I switched gyms to F45 Northbridge nearly a year ago, and have been going from strength to strength (literally) since then. I’m fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been, and actually KIND OF LIKE CARDIO NOW?! E.g. my soul only partially leaves my body now at the thought of the rowing machine. A huge reason why I’ve been able to level up my fitness so much is thanks to Sam and Krysten, the two legends who own the studio. Their passion for what they do shines through in their everyday actions; they’re super encouraging and friendly, but also very considerate of every member’s different needs - with a moderation or suggestion on hand whenever needed. They will challenge you to try new things and do your best, but rest assured you’ll never feel pressured. The rest of the team at the studio are also wonderful and always a pleasure to see. Lastly, the classes fly by because they’re just so much fun. The tunes are exemplary, the laughs and smiles (almost) never stop, and between Sam sneakily tapping you on the shoulder midway through a station - or Krysten waxing lyrical about the latest episode of Home and Away - there’s never a dull moment. I just wish I’d signed up sooner

Fantastic experience: The team at F45 Northbridge have completely changed my perspective on working out. All of the trainers have a personal interest in you and how you are improving and they are so encouraging throughout every class. If you are considering joining an F45 gym I highly recommend joining F45 Northbridge!

Fantastic experience: F45 is the only kind of gym I've ever stuck with, I love it! I've tried another couple of F45s and I swear Northbridge is the elite, so friendly and welcoming. I look forward to going, something I've literally never been able to say about any other gym...ever . Could not recommend more!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy F45 but I LOVE this gym. This is down to the amazing owners that create the most welcoming environment. This has fostered a beautiful lil community within the gym. Regardless of age, fitness levels, body shape/size, gender, everyone is welcome. It’s inclusive, completely unpretentious, a lot of fun and enables you to work out at your level. I love that Sam and Krysten really listen to their members are such genuine, authentic people who care for everyone that walk through the door.

Fantastic experience: This is the best F45 gym in Perth. Krysten and Sam create a supportive and welcoming community. As someone who had only recently moved to Perth they bring you in and make you feel like you are a part of something. I have always felt encouraged to lift heavier. And given the support I needed on my slower days. I have been late with my account - they have never ever pressured me for money. They answer any question or email you send. They hold your account whilst going on holiday - no questions asked. Love you guys! Ps. Any negative reviews given are straight up lies or authored by nutters - end of.

Fantastic experience: A fun, dynamic workout environment that does all the thinking for you. I use F45 Northbridge as a great way to compliment my typical gym routine. Although these are challenging workouts, you’re motivated by others around you and vice verca, pushing yourself not to rest before time. Everyone is there for the same reasons which makes it a safe, judgement free location to begin your F45 journey.
