No matter if you are a beginner, intermediate or expert, Mariela's infectious joy of living and moving will inspire you. As a beginner, you will see yourself progressing rapidly under Mariela's expert guidance, but the fun is immediate, right from the first move in your first class. You will leave Mariela's class feeling uplifted and joyful, and the feel good endorphins will keep flooding your system for hours. I look forward to my Zumba class with Mariela every week, and wish I could fit an extra class in! Thank you Mariela, you truly are amazing and are making a difference in so many women's life.
