Fantastic experience: Ngaire is a great pt. Gentle, knowledgeable but also knows how to motivate. I only do the strength classes and they are challenging but also based on technique. The new yoga classes on a Saturday with Thalia are an excellent contrast to strength and can help you build your confidence to use you strength in different ways. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The Fitness State has a welcoming and friendly environment which caters to all fitness levels. Owner/Trainer Ngaire's postive attitude and knowledge makes her the best trainer you could hope for.
Fantastic experience: I started training at the fitness state earlier this year when I moved to Geelong. I couldn’t be happier with my choice – Ngaire is a fantastic trainer. Every session is different which I love because I feel constantly challenged. Ngaire pushes you to work hard but she is also really aware of teaching you the right technique and making sure what you are doing is safe. I love that the emphasis is on how you feel and not how you look. I’ve never felt so comfortable at a gym – completely focussed on what I am doing rather than how I look or what other people are doing. It is also a lovely, light-filled space in a convenient location. If you are looking for a place to work hard on increasing your strength and fitness, move in different ways, feel good about yourself and have a lot of laughs along the way then this is the place for you.
Fantastic experience: Ngaire is an amazing trainer who is adaptable and flexible to get the best out of you every time you train. She has a wealth of knowledge and her focus is on strength and mobility, to get the body moving freely and comfortably so you can live life to the fullest. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
