Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. The staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating, fantastic management and great equipment and classes. By far, the best gym in the area.

Positive experience: Fully staffed. Paul is super friendly the equipment is new.

Negative experience: I was looking forward to a casual spin class at 6:15am, however the gym is staffed from 8am which means it's not possible to attend any classes unless you're a member with 24/7 access. I'll be looking for another gym.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I’ve been a member since 2019. I love the classes and the new equipment is awesome. The group classes are so fun and the instructors are so kind, supportive and create such a great atmosphere and experience.

Fantastic experience: Since joining Geelongs Gym about 5 months ago, I have loved the sense of community and fun that I get from all of the great staff and trainers. I have never enjoyed going to the Gym as much as I do now! Great facilities, awesome timetable of classes to choose from and a very welcoming atmosphere.

Negative experience: A few months ago I decided to change gyms and as a result thought I would try a few gyms in the Geelong area before purchasing a membership. After reading online that Geelong's Gym had a free trial I made my way to the gym keen to give it a go. However when I arrived at reception and asked if I could please use the free trial as advertised I was told that this free trial would be taken off a purchase of a membership (not advertised) and therefore I would not be able to try the gym without purchasing a casual visit or membership. When I explained that this was not what was advertised the man who was at the main desk was rude, confrontational and clearly questioned my legitimacy of joining the gym. The manner in which the man spoke to me and the condesending tone he used resulted in me leaving quite upset and shocked. I am glad to say I have recently joined a gym with a full membership in Geelong that is welcoming and friendly with great customer service, unlike Geelong's Gym. I would encourage those who would like to feel under valued and have their integrity as a person questioned to give Geelong's Gym a go. Overall disgusting customer service with false advertising and unprofessional staff.

Fantastic experience: signed up one year ago and just renewed my membership. Staff is very friendly and strive to help you achieving your goals. Great mix of classes and machines. Virtual spinning is great to have a class whenever you feel like it. Never too crowded and great atmosphere. Can only recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for approximately 20 years and having travelled and lived over seas extensively and been a member of numerous gyms whilst away there is nothing I look fwd to more than when I return home and pop back into geelongs gym and talk to Gerard. It may sound corny but it really feels like home and I'm part of the family. Great gym. Great staff. What more can I say!

It has improved my overall fitness out of sight. The trainers and instructors are great. The 24 access really suits my lifestyle too. I've been to other gyms over the years but this is the best.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for over five years and love the atmosphere. A mixture of friendly staff, open layout with plenty of equipment available at any time of day to allow for anyone of any age or ability to get a great workout. I have been to most gyms in Geelong and by far this is the best. Highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Ive been a member at many of geelong gyms but none compare to this one. I am currently into my 4th month membership and can proudly say this gym is absolulty fantatic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The equipment are 5 star, clean and have never had an issues with them. The group sessions particularly cardio box, yoga, pump and tibata are fantastic. This gym is fantastic and would recommend to all my friends and family. If u want to be treated like a person and not a number then definitely go to Geelongs Gym. I love how its never overly busy especially in the group workout!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member here for over 8 years and tried most things on offer. Spin, Step, Pump, Cardio Boxing, Pilates, Yoga, Tribe Life, Body Attack and Tabata. I work hard and am fitter than I've ever been! I change things up regularly to fit my workouts in around my other commitments. If I can make it work for me, so can you so give it a go! Genia

Within a few hours I received a phone call from a friendly voice, welcoming me into my soon to be new workout environment! I personally was suffering from high anxiety at the thought of entering a gym, however Geelong Gym has completely eliminated all fear and stress related to this perception! Geelong Gym offers genuine one on one support, fantasic experienced personal trainers, a wide range of quality equipment, 24/7 access, and much more! If you are looking for a gym to feel comfortable no matter your ability, honestly look no further than Geelong Gym!

Gerrard the owner is always keeping the facilities up to date and there is never a time that can be missed working out at the gym because they now have 24 hour access which is fantastic. Machines, equipment and classes are always kept up to date with quality staff available for any personal training needs. The best quality gym in the Geelong Newtown area.
