Negative experience: I had a great experience at Snap Fitness overall. The manager was incredibly friendly and supportive. However, there was an issue with my membership payment. Despite being on a promotion where I was not supposed to pay for a few months, money continued to be deducted from my account. I contacted the manager multiple times about refunds, but unfortunately, the issue was never resolved. I hope they can improve their communication and follow up. I still haven’t received any refund since August.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Not only tonnes of brand new equipment and but a sauna with recovery suits. Suits are perfect for footy rehab. Corey was really helpful to me and our victoria country football team. If u live in palmaston area this should be your gym.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic gym! I was up in Darwin visiting my daughter and needed a local gym. Corey was very helpful, friendly and made it easy to fit my gym sessions in. Very clean, great equipment and a really good vibe. I felt very comfortable which is always important when you’re a stranger in town. Thanks Corey, I look forward to seeing you next time I’m in town!

Fantastic experience: This has been my hometown gym for multiple years now. The staff are always so welcoming and are so easy to work with, it’s one of my favourite parts about coming in. Machines are great, and it has that small town feel to it where you know everyone. Definitely recommend

Negative experience: Small crammed gym, greedy management. I didn't feel comfortable in this gym due to its small crammed up space. After only using 3 times in 8 months and spending over $700 in membership fees I cancelled my membership and they still threatened me with a debt collecting agency to recover 3 fortnightly payments that I missed followed by just debiting my card.

Fantastic experience: Awesome team at this branch. Very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Club Manager Jera whose always happy to help any way she can. She also has great customer service and all smiles at work!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Snap Fitness for years!! No other gym in the Darwin area compares to the welcoming atmosphere’s of the Snap’s. Georgia at Yarrawonga is amazing and her bubbly attitude makes it a joy to come and workout. The equipment is all high quality, easy to use and there is a diverse range for any fitness levels and abilities.

Fantastic experience: I made a ‘snap’ decision to sign up. Knew what I needed, they were helpful, allowed my Physio to come in to design my program and even reduced my payment! Everything is modern and all you need if you know what you need.

Positive experience: Decent layout with equipment. Found the step machine to be very useful for my fittness goals in which I generate and keep all of my energy. Literally walk in, boost myself up and walk out with every thing I musterd during workout.
