Fantastic experience: Great facility for gymnastics, led by a very professional team. The give the kids the best experience and education. My daughter loves going to every training session. And excellent value for money.

Negative experience: It was a good gym 2 years ago but has gone badly downhill. A great boxing area, and a boxing club, has been closed and removed to make way for ever expanding gymnastics. The staff here are less than enthusiastic or helpful and give the impression of not wanting to be there.

Fantastic experience: The 24/7 gym has undergone full refurb plus new equipment … no lock in contracts fully air conditioned New staff New gymnastics facility upgrade

Negative experience: Tried to pick up my daughter. Cop on entrance was too lazy to help and told me to take home any girl I wanted. Not really what I was expecting!

Positive experience: A good quality and affordable gym with sufficient amount of cardio and resistance equipment to ensure you don't need to wait too long even at busy times. Some of the equipment is getting a little tired but doesn't get in the way of a good session. Well run with friendly and helpful staff. Competitive pricing and great for a casual visit if you're just in town for a few days. On the edge of the CBD so if you're staying downtown grab a bike and it's a pleasant 10 minute ride up the foreshore and across the highway. Reward yourself with a coffee in one of Edge Hill's many cafes or a walk around the adjacent lakes and Cairns Botanic Gardens.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic establishment. Very friendly staff I only use the gym but has so much more on offer. 24/7 fob is great for those early starts
