Fantastic experience: The concept of CrossFit initially seemed intimidating, but Teagan, Cass and the other trainers are so awesome. It’s a good push in all the right directions, and the team are super helpful. They take into consideration what your body is ready for or in my case not ready for. 5 stars hands down!

Fantastic experience: I have been to many CrossFit gyms around the country, and what I like about CrossFit North 16145 is the programming. Very challenging but achievable. The build up to a WOD or EMOM is well structured and the warm ups are thorough. Great diversity mixture of staff, very welcoming and this also includes the members. 10/10 for me. Glad I found another great CrossFit gym.

Fantastic experience: Hands down best gym I've been to! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and it didn't feel scary to be new. The coaches put so much time and effort into learning about each member and personalising their training, even in a group setting. The gym itself is a great space but the people there make it one of a kind! Can't reccomend enough

Fantastic experience: The coaches and community are so friendly and inviting. All fitness abilities catered for and they have a continually varied program to keep it interesting and challenging. Facilities are great and there is continuous communication through socials and apps to keep you motivated.

The coaching in the classes are second to none and offer individual support that is tailored and ‘tough but fair’. Extremely well equipped and safe make it a perfect gym for beginners to athletes. Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic crossfit box. The coaches are very active throughout the classes. They provide lots of information about the movements/ exercises including progressions. In addition to the compound movements, we do lots of accessory work. I am particularly enjoying the Olympic lifting classes twice a week. We drill technique before going for the heavy lifts. I also appreciate the open gym for 2 hours at a time that I can attend after work. Thanks Cass, Gary and Teagan.

Fantastic experience: I've been doing CrossFit for about 5 years now and joined CrossFit North 16145 when they opened earlier this year. From the moment you first walk in the door and all the times after, you are greeted warmly and enthusiastically by both the coaches and its members. This gym puts a huge focus on not only quality and purposeful work outs, but also community and camaraderie. I always leave this place feeling better than when I walked in. You want to get pumped up both mentally and physically, this is the place for you, no matter what your age or fitness level is.
