Fantastic experience: This is a great gym to start your fitness journey without worrying about not knowing how to do the exercise or not being fit enough to be included. The team are very helpful and instruct you on each exercise to make sure you maximising the results without injury and at a level that suits you. Very inclusive classes for all ages. Do yourself a favour and just give it a try.

Fantastic experience: I've been training at WinkFit for over 2 years now. I had previously been a client at a couple of those bigger corporate gyms we're all familiar with. After my husband had been attending for a couple of months, he convinced me to try WinkFit - he said it was different, and for once he was right haha. I can honestly say it's the most enjoyable gym I've been to. Everything from the structure of the programs to the small groups and setup is just so much better and conducive to consistency. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and the gym has a solid community vibe, which is great. The members are all normal people, no gym bros dropping their weights which is another added bonus. I would highly recommend training with Matt and his team.

Fantastic experience: We were working out for three weeks with the WinkFit team during our vacation in Australia. The Studio is a cool place and you find everything you need for a good gym session. The trainers are all very nice and very competent.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Really helped me out at a low point after considerable time off due to health issues. Good community with a standout selection of various apparatus you don't see in many places. It can be a relaxed vibe if that's what you're after but you will still be held accountable and kept honest in your training or the guys there have the knowledge and professionalism to push you harder if that's what you're after or need.

Fantastic experience: I've trained with WinkFit gym doing both the Friday primal sessions, as well as Thursday conditioning, and can confidently say in both cases that you get more than you pay for. The Friday primal sessions make you work for muscles in places you'd never know existed, whilst the Thursday conditioning sessions continuously push you to your limits, amidst a friendly atmosphere of great competition and encouragement. All of the trainers are extremely friendly and helpful, and I could not recommend it highly enough for those seeking to push themselves, improve their cardio and general stamina and fitness.

Fantastic experience: This gym had drawn me in for its simplicity and attention to detail. Previously Coming from a gym where you’re another number, this was a god send. I haven’t looked back since. Also nicks katie Perry play list is a big draw card

It has made my job and home life easier now that I have more strength and flexibility. The vibe in the gym is awesome and everyone is there to motivate each other. The trainers can help tailor some excercises to suit the individual. I am loving it!

Fantastic experience: When my wife and I started looking for a gym that suited us both and our busy lifestyles we thought it would be an impossible task - she likes socializing and scheduled classes; I like(d) sticking headphones in and lifting weights. Then throw in the complication of our small children. WinkFit ticks all the boxes. It's family friendly; not filled with ego's and mirrors but a supportive group of all ages and abilities The classes are a great mix of strength and conditioning. They're well structured but varied and flexible. Class sizes are limited so you don't get lost in a crowd. Individual fitness goals are encouraged and shared. Professional trainers educate on the how's and why's of the exercise and can help with nutrition. You'll be pushed just hard enough to hurt without hating it. Needless to say we've found our gym. It's not a chore for us to try and squeeze in, it's something that we look forward to.
