Fantastic experience: Clean, safe and secure with plenty of lifeguards. Tons of parking close to The pool in their own carpark just 60m from the Entrance. The Covered 50m- 8 lane squad/ Lap pool is protected from the sun with a huge blue shade sail. Complimented with a 25m heated lap pool also covered with the same Blue shade cloth. An indoor heated learn to swim hydro pool, several kids play pools including a wading pool with a giant green frog and the other pool has 2 water slides l, plus a pool with a 30m loop water slide. A water play area with a tipping splash bucket in a sea creature themed area. Loads of covered and uncovered picnic tables, and BBQ adjacent to a Very cool Pirate Ship adventure playground, a family indoor AC cooler Crèche to leave your kids while you exercise . An Indoor gymnasium. My daughter has visited here many times for Birthday parties. Prices are great. This is a Well planned, spacious family retreat on a searing hot and humid day. The trees on the bank next to the train line shade the Park from the north bound sun. The Newmarket Olympic Pool is close to Trains and buses and Shopping centre.

Fantastic experience: There's so much to do here, especially for young children. Great place to cool off on a hot day. Entry is super cheap. I'll definitely be back.

Positive experience: Amazing place to take the kids on a hot summers day. I’ve seen a lot of progress over the past 10 or so years and they’ve really made improvements and the newer additions like the slides and the big splash bucket are always a big hit! Change rooms are a bit dated and need updating but happy with everything Newmarket pool has to offer!

Fantastic experience: Good sized facilities with something for everyone (including adults looking for a variety of exercise options, and families with kids of all ages). Hydro pool is good, crèche available during week days, and lap pool seems to be popular with competitive swim set.

It Has A Huge Blue Snake With A Life Saver Holding A Hose To Spray The Kids As They Challenge Themselves Across It On Saturdays! There Is A Heated Pool Undercover & A Children's Pool As Well! Also A Therapeutic Pool! There Is A Kiosk Where You Pay Your Entrance Fee Depending On Your Status! For Two Pensioners It's $11.60! There Is A Huge Water Slide For Kids But Adults Can Use It Once But After They Need To Purchase A $2.00 Wrist Band To keep Using It! Life Savers Patrol The Pool Area Constantly! There is Also Showers & Restrooms!

Fantastic experience: Excellent place for kids, so many different slides and activities. 100% better than Ferny grove swimming pool which is outdated and so boring for kids! Love Newmarket pool we will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Very nice pool with several small pools and slides for kids. Big pool is good too. Friendly staff. A cafeteria with coffee and simple food. There is a children playground too. Lots of shady area under the pine trees to sit.

Fantastic experience: This pool complex has a wide variety of excellent entertainment activities for children and some for parents as well. There is a main olympic pool and a smaller heated pool for small children accompanied by a parent. In addition a smaller shallow pool with play structures mainly for very young children. There are slides into small pools and other surface gushing water activities. Large grass areas and covered cement areas as well as a small restaurant area. The Olympic pool is a third covered and the other two fully covered. It is a great outing for the whole family. Parking although generous can be full in summer on weekends. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great swimming pool clean and great to swim in great for family's BBQ area there for picnics a fun day need bathroom upgrades or fresh paint and non slip rubber flooring so old people don't slip but all good very friendly great staff cheers Lynda Clark

Fantastic experience: This is definitely one of the best swimming centres I’ve ever been to! It was perfect for my toddler, he enjoyed the outdoor water slides as did I, and the Olympic pool was perfect really nice temperature. Hot showers were also helpful, The only downside was we didn’t get to try the two indoor pools as they were closed for school swimming lessons, and the little kiddies pool with the frog slide was filled with leaves, and dead bugs, besides that I would definitely recommend this pool centre it may be 25 minutes away from me but it’s worth the drive! Keen to come back tomorrow for my sons first swimming lesson!!

Fantastic experience: Perfect recreational swimming complex. 50m/6lanes pool, inner pool, two decent water playground for kids, one regular kids playground, caffe, benches, big water slide for extra $2. I've actually dragged my ass here today because was kinda lazy enough to do exercises at home, so I thought I'll swim a bit and do my workout there as well. There are also parallel and chin up bars. Adults $5.80

Fantastic experience: Visited Newmarket Pool for the first time today.Great customer Service, Great Facilities and Prices especially for familys with little or big children. Only $5.50 for adults add an extra $2.00 if you want to use the big slide.For those with Toddler plenty of choice. Compare that to Chermside Pool which charge +$15.00 dollars for adults. Will definetly be back

Fantastic experience: Love this pool. Really friendly staff, lots of different pools for all ages. the big slide is based on competency not height which is great. Lots of small slides and splash area too. The pirate ship playground is great, especially in winter for an after class play. Clean, especially the changing rooms (I've been to a few other whiffy ones recently!) Food is fine, great chips. Would love to see the cafe expand so we could visit it even when not swimming for lunch etc. as its within walking distance for us! We have bought a 10 pack (get one visit free) would love them to work on season passes possibly too?

Fantastic experience: It's not often you get such caring customer service, but staff at the Newmarket pool took the time to have a look for my daughters very precious necklace today and found it. So happy ...and our little girl will be so excited after school today to have it returned. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: We came here on a Saturday morning and I was groaning on the inside at the thought of seething masses of kids crowded into pools that were way too small to cope. Boy were my expectations blown away. While there were heaps of people there, it didn't feel crowded or like people were packed in. There was enough room for it not to be a squeeze. Plenty of areas for different ages and a playground and picnic tables for when you're taking a break from the water. Great experience all round.

Fantastic experience: Excellent aquatic destination if you've got kids and you don't feel like waiting until midnight before it opens up (like Chermside pool). It's also less exorbitant- a meager $11 for me and my two littlens as opposed to having to refinance the house (to get into Chermside valued at $27 for the three of us (?)). They also have a water slide that your toddler won't drown in when he gets to the bottom (like Chermside) and a 'dry' playground for extra variety (which Chermside doesn't have). The staff are easier on the eye too- "who's up for a forth ice-block kiddies?"

Fantastic experience: Great swimming pools for kids with lots of slides, water play areas and a play ground. There's also an Olympic sized swimming pool as well for people who want to do lengths. Perfect for a fun day out. They do charge kids prices for children over two, but it's worth it for the facilities they provide for children.
