Fantastic experience: I am in love with Club Vitality. The wholistic approach to fitness, the facilities and the people are top notch. Highlight though is having Ghost great you for pats at the door!!

Fantastic experience: Club Vitality has honestly changed the way I feel about going to the gym. It’s not just a workout space. It’s somewhere I genuinely look forward to going. The vibe is calm but motivating, never overcrowded, and everything is super clean and well-kept. What I love most is the balance they’ve struck between training and recovery. I can go from lifting weights to relaxing in the magnesium spa or taking time in the infrared sauna. It makes looking after my health feel holistic, not just about smashing out a workout.

Fantastic experience: Club Vitality is such a gem in Woolloongabba! Sam, the owner, is absolutely awesome, super welcoming and passionate about what he does. The equipments are top-notch, and the extras like the infrared sauna and magnesium pool are next level. The classes are fun too! with a great vibe and community feel. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something a little different and a lot better than your average gym!

Fantastic experience: Since moving from England in February, Sam and Club Vitality have changed my life. I have a personalised meal plan that is tailored to what I want to achieve. My Personal Training Sessions are worked around my working schedule. Sam’s dog Ghost provides emotional support during my workouts and finally the Spa allows me to recover properly after my sessions. Fantastic experience: Club vitality was the first gym I ever trained at. Unsure what I was in for or what my goals may be. Sam and the team guided me in the right path of embarking my new fitness journey finding a new love for the fitness world. For any newcomers I couldn’t recommend a better place to start!

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of fun with the guys in this gym. The equipment is new and there is everything you need for a workout done well. The SPA is an interesting addition to the whole and the course proposals are always interesting and fun. I gained 7kg of lean mass in less than a year at this gym. I recommend.

Negative experience: Don’t understand how a 24/7 gym can work without a air conditioning working 24/7. Every weekend of Friday they turn off the air. How are we supposed to work out there when it’s summer, 3 fans are not going to do any help.

Fantastic experience: Quality facility with a large selection of dumbbells and machines. Staff are super friendly and have been an amazing help with training.

Negative experience: Signed up on a Tuesday and got notification on the following thursday that they will be moving locations from South City due to ongoing issues with council. Part of the reason I signed up was there specific location in south city. They didn't bother to let me know of the imminent relocation when I signed up, something that would have saved the both of us time (and no, I don't for a second believe them when they told me they didn't know they were moving when I signed up, days beforehand). Refused to return the $70 for an imaginary access card - no fob, just facial recognition for entry, not sure how that's worth $70. Also be weary of promotions - staff member suggested payment was going to come out a full week earlier than it should have and nobody bothered to contact me about their complimentary PT sessions. Disappointing experience all round.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic gym. The staff go out of their way to help, it's always clean, cool, and has every bit of equipment I could need. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Bit of an average gym if I am being honest. Cardio equipment is quite old and some of the buttons don't work on the treadmills so it is hard to change settings mid run. The equipment is really cramped and not a lot of room to move when there are quite a few people in the gym. The bottles to spray the antibacterial spray are either broken or empty and there sometimes aren't even paper towels to wipe equipment with - could stand to get some wet wipe stands instead. The music is very loud so I can hear it over my noise cancelling headphones and makes it not an enjoyable experience for me to go to the gym and be in my zone so I haven't really gone for a while. Kind of confused as to why it's rated 4.9 on Google, doesn't seem to a true reflection of the gym itself.

Sam and Keifer made what would have been a chore for me having to exercise, a fun experience. They are geniuses at what they do. Their gym is top-notch. Out of five stars, I give them six!

Fantastic experience: Been a member at the gym a few years now and had Kiefer as a PT for over a year now. I've lost close to 20kgs, been given plenty of health advice that's bettered my life and genuinely seen my energy levels as well as overall happiness improve dramatically. Could not reccommend both the gym and Kiefer any higher as they're both absolutely amazing ❤️

Positive experience: Great gym facility that looks, smells and feels new. Convenient location, with ample parking and easy access to the gym. No need for plastic gym cards or key fobs... just your face! The best part about the gym is the free training session we had with Kerry Sims, who ended up being our personal trainer. Definitely worth the investment! The only criticism is that their website was never updated. We rocked up to a couple of classes in the morning only to find out that they were moved by half an hour or were not on at all. A bit annoying, but outside of that, really great gym.

Fantastic experience: Honestly I've never been a huge fan of gyms as I find they are often quite intimidating, however Club Vitality has changed my outlook and given me a space to work out in confidently. The community that Sam and Keifer have created is nothing short of spectacular and they are always around to help if I had questions about workouts or just general support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training for over 25 years and lived all over the world and up till last year traveled for business every week. I’ve visited and experienced a large number of gyms , fitness centres and clubs in that time. Club Vitality is my home now. I feel the great energy and vibe every time I walk in . I’m welcomed like a friend with open arms and joy. The owners and leadership team are second to none in the business. Music , lighting, cleanliness , organisation and top quality equipment. Well thought out layout and design. The members are fantastic group of people all with common goals and full of kindness . Some days when everyone is in together feels like that Barber shop vibe I would get back in the U.S. laugher , advice, trash talk when deserved. I am in my best shape in my life due to the trainers and my love of going every day to the gym . Great work to the Club Vitality Crew. VL

Fantastic experience: As a resident of South City Square the convenience of a 24/7 boutique gym facility is paramount - always clean, modern design & fitness equipment undoubtedly makes this space workable for everyone. The team at CV - Sam, Keifer & Kate are great motivators in their game to get you to your goals -a pet friendly environment. My fav - the magnesium spa & infra red sauna a must after your workout.

Fantastic experience: A great little hidden community that makes working out and getting healthy fun! From the daily group classes, magnesium spa/ infrared sauna and friendly PT's, it's one of the best parts of my day attending the gym. I have been training with Keifer for a few months now and I have been able to continue on my weight loss journey and develop confidence in my form doing exercises and using new gym equipment. Other gyms I've been to seem intimidating, but all the trainer's at club vitality are respectful and willing to help you without judgement while you're needing to learn. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, good people, welcoming staff, all equipment is new, it's always clean. Never have to wait for a space to workout, it's never been too busy where I have felt cramped. Heaps of great free side activities on offer for free. And you can upgrade and peace out in the sauna/Spa. Great gym

Fantastic experience: Club Vitality id a great gym at the Gabba and I would highly recommend it. The gym is well equipped , kept very clean, uses all protocols to keep gym members safe when they train. You can feel comfortable training there as they have electronic security systems for access to the gym. They have good personal trainers at reasonable prices. I've been going there since it opened and am relieved that we can train regularly as it improves my mental and physical health

Fantastic experience: Staff are super friendly and happy to help, unlike any other gym I've been to before! Classes and social events are great if you're a hermit like me. Well equipped, face recognition entry is handy, and other members are pretty cool too. No complaints!

Positive experience: A new boutique 24/7 gym located in Woolloongabba with high-class equipment, sauna and classes at a very affordable price. With face recognition, the entrance to the gym is smooth. Trainers are available from 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays.

From day one the crew at Club Vitality have made me feel comfortable and welcome. They patiently answered all of my questions and showed me how to use equipment I wasn’t used to. The crew gave me guidance on how to modify workouts to accommodate sports injuries and wrote a targeted program for me to use. I was hesitant to use the free weights as it seemed the male dominated zone of every gym I had every been in beforehand. But not at Club V! There is no gender divide between the weights and cardio areas that is typical in the generic gyms. In addition to the “get your sweat on in your happy place vibes”, Club Vitality has fostered a warm and supportive community of awesome humans. I have met some truly wonderful people as a result and been able to learn so much more. As cheesy as it sounds Club V has enriched my life an unforeseen amount. Since joining Club Vitality in November, 2019, I have lost 21.9kg and increased my muscle mass by 11%. My next goal is to gain another 13% muscle mass and lose 8.6kg which I am confident I will achieve with the support of the team at Club Vitality!

The new equipment is awesome and the layout of the place is well thought out. Sam and Keifer have done an excellent job in planning and execution of the place!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym nice and clean with brand new equiptment. Love the yoga room and how it can open up to get fresh air. Dog friendly just adds to the lovely calm atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Really nice gym with competitive prices. I met Keifer a couple of months before the gym opened and he was very flexible with starting my membership and the logistics in doing so as I was still a member at another gym. Happy to have made the transfer across and hope they do well.
