Fantastic experience: Great location. Great set up

Negative experience: I find this situation truly unreasonable. I requested to cancel my membership, but they were told that I must continue it for another 30 days. but when I signed up, they not informed notice about cancel membership they told me I could cancel my membership at any time. Now, suddenly, you are telling me about a 30-day notice policy, which makes me feel deceived and very disappointed. Had I been informed of this earlier, I would have taken action in advance. Because I already told staff ‘ I want to contract around 3month because my job schedule is flexible’ And then staff told me ‘you can cancel your membership whenever you want ‘ It’s the worst things about Australia And If you want to freeze your membership ,your contract will be extending , keep in mind all person who want to sign up for Zap fitness But they are not giving notice or they are hiding about that when you contract Please don’t deceive people

Negative experience: Small place and every machine is close to each other. Stealing money from account after cancellation. When I give them a call, they did not even say sorry for the wrong payment. Negative attitude and slowly responsive.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the service at Zap Fitness. This is not the first time I’ve been unable to access the gym because the app requires an update—without any prior notice. I’ve tried to enter the gym multiple times, only to be denied access, which is extremely frustrating considering I’m paying for a service that relies on a poorly functioning app. I’ve been a member at other gyms, such as GoodLife, and have never experienced this kind of issue. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common problem at Zap Fitness, and it needs to be addressed.

Fantastic experience: Best gym ever. Modern exercise equipment, very helpful staffs and great convenient locations with extremely competitive fortnightly fee.

Negative experience: Find a local gym if possible. These guys suck, what sucks even more is the company they use to charge your account. They get a kick back from a company that charges you $10-$20 for missing a payment. I was referred by my CTP insurer. I will be trying to get them to use another company.

Negative experience: Impossible to cancel membership, only offer a freeze in app which also cost money of course. Be careful when you sign up because they will bleed you dry. There is a $200 cancellation fee be careful when you sign up gyms they don’t put this information readily available it’s in the fine print. Make sure to read contract before signing up

Fantastic experience: I’m really happy with my membership. The facilities are always spotless, and I appreciate that the equipment is well-maintained. I always feel comfortable working out here.

Fantastic experience: Easy parking. Great Equipment. Love my personal trainer Mazaki. I am in the gym 4-5 days a week. Zap is great value. I only pay $10 pre month.

Positive experience: Decent small gym, they have some cool equipment compared to most small gyms like microplates, decline situp, specialty bars (SSB, multi-grip bar, 15kg bar). 2 squat racks, only 1 DL platform but it's usually free. It gets busy at peak hours. My main complaint is the aircon isn't always on or not set very cool, and the fans are pretty terrible. Zap memberships are really cheap compared to most chains.

Negative experience: This gym is terrible. Small, cramped and smelly.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with this gym but I would say because of Rita she is amazing lady and also every time when I went there she was always very attentive ,pleasant and always seeks to offer her best ,thank you Rita for having made my experience become amazing when I was training there !

She has been nothing but supportive in my endeavours to support my fitness during times of chemo therapy treatment The fitness centre is always hygienic and clean which I need as I am immuocompromise I am so sorry to see her leave as she truly cares about her clientele All the best Rita in your future endeavours JMC

Fantastic experience: I have had a fantastic experience at Zap Gym Woolloongabba, largely thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by the manager, Rita. She consistently goes above and beyond, always wearing a smile and addressing any inquiries with kindness and efficiency. Today, I brought a friend who was considering joining, and we were pleasantly surprised by the gym's cleanliness and impeccable condition. After meeting the staff and seeing the top-notch facilities, my friend decided to join without hesitation. Rita's dedication and the gym's well-maintained environment make it a standout choice for fitness lovers!

Fantastic experience: I joined Zap Fitness in July as my friend who already went there said that I should start a membership. I cannot stress how clean and tidy this gym is, and how all members tidy up after themselves. Rita the manager of the gym is warm and encouraging and helped me get my membership easily and always helps me out if I have any problems! I would fully recommend signing up for a membership at Zap Fitness.

Fantastic experience: He manager (Jeff?) has top shelf service. I was here travelling for a month and he took care of me. I used two other gyms here along my stay before coming to this one seeking a holiday pass. When I return to Brisbane I will be happily coming back to this gym. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Have been a member for almost 2 years now and only ever had good experiences. The team are super friendly and helpful, facilities are always clean and well-maintained. Dexter is a great trainer and has helped significantly with my fitness. Definitely recommend this gym!

Positive experience: I think I am used to gyms in America but this place is small. It is good for a city gym and they have all the equipment you need it is just hard getting on said equipment when you need it. They make good use of the space they have. That being said the facilities are in too top shape and the staff was always great. I would recommend going at not peak times if you have a big workout planned.

Positive experience: Next week it's about to be refurbished. New schmicko gym from 17 March 2017. I like this gym because it's a good size. Convenient to pickup groceries as required on the way home. Plenty of parking under. Have been a member since it opened, around 2009 from memory.

Positive experience: Been working out here for a while. Live in the complex above. So convenient and the staff don't bug you all the time. Machines I want are usually free. Only downsides is the occasional nasty smell if the place hasn't been aired out, and when it's super busy the place can feel a little cramped.

Negative experience: Has a bad smell to it. Most of the chairs are very wornout! cable machines need adjusting and equipment is heavily coated in some type of shine product. Just my review.

Negative experience: Work moved out of the CBD to East Brisbane, so I had to stop going to Brisbane Jetts which was one of the best. Jetts - Gabba was close to my new work so I decided to go there instead. Well that lasted not even one visit. The gym is small, narrow, the equipment looks old and dated and the smell was revolting! I don't know how anyone could workout in a gym that smelt like sewage! This is by far probably one of the worst gyms I have ever been to in my life. So for this reason I now get out of bed at 4am so I can go to the best Jetts in QLD, Upper Coomera! If you like small and pokey gyms that smell like pooh, then by all means go to Jetts Gabba. Wish I could give it zero stars!
