Negative experience: Do Not sign up to this Gym !!! They will not stop taking money from your account! No matter how many people you talk to, Emails you send, how many times you think you have cancelled your Membership, they just keep taking money out ! The only thing this gym is interested in is robbing you of as much money as possible. Stay away ! There’s plenty of other gyms around.

Negative experience: They like to communicate through Facebook posts you won’t see about big updates instead of emails. So when I walked to the gym I saw a sign that said the key fobs (they make you pay for) aren’t working, probably as a way to phase them out & that you need to use the app to get into the building before staff hours, however the app didn’t open the doors although when I mentioned this they gaslit me & said the doors were working with the app & refused to believe there was a problem with it. They finally offered to skip the next payment & I requested to cancel my membership but they still charged me & I haven’t received any contact about my cancellation request.The gym is also way too bright, the music is too loud to hear my own music in ear and it’s small. Better off at good life or planet fitness or anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I train predominantly elsewhere at Perform360 but I wanted access to a 24/7 gym with machines. This was in my local area. Signed up on the no lock-in $19 per week membership last night. Sign up was super easy and popped into the gym tonight at 7pm or so. Instructions to get in were straightforward. The gym was pretty quiet, a couple of people, everyone was able to be on their own equipment etc. Everything looked pretty new and the place was clean and very well equipped - lots of barbells, dumbbells, machines. I’m pretty impressed with the experience so far, big bonus points for how easy and fuss-free the sign on process was. Managed to also get a 5 week free deal on atm which was good too. I read the other reviews - where stars were docked were when some people tried to cancel their membership. They mentioned that the process was difficult and met with poor customer service so I’d be keen to see what that experience is like. I don’t know if I’ll train here for long as I’m with P360 and I love, love, love it there. Just needed a supplement to my training and I’m liking it so far. Can recommend here.

Negative experience: My partner and I cancelled at different times throughout the year. I have my own personal gripes about their notice to cancel period, but legally it’s airtight. What I don’t accept is that when my partner cancelled, she was shamed by the owner. When she tried to quit, she wouldn’t take no for an answer, and when she explained that she was quitting for financial reasons, the staff member shamed her for getting her lashes done instead of maintaining her gym membership there. Disgusting behaviour. It gets 2 stars because the gym is in a good location and is clean and well presented. It loses 3 for disgusting staff behaviour and morally questionable agreement terms.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Plus Fitness Everton Park for 4 years on a no-contract basis. The recent renovation is nothing short of outstanding! With state-of-the-art machines, cable stations, weights, and cardio equipment, the gym has everything you need. Thank you to club manager Liz and her team for the ongoing customer service, support, and for delivering a new refit that is clean, functional, fun, and friendly, resulting in an awesome atmosphere and fitness experience!!

Fantastic experience: Been training here for years, great spot above Woolworths. Never too busy, has all the equipment you need, and the staff are great. Liz is a very enthusiastic manager and is kind and thoughtful to all members. They’ve recently done up the gym and now has top of the line equipment and more space to work in. Great stuff!

Fantastic experience: Gym has been revamped recently, all new equipment! Good selection of cable, plate machines and free weights, staff are awesome and incredibly welcoming, very supportive of all members, definitely recommend not a well known gym but a good one, good location, good mix of oldies and young so don't have to wait much for chest day might have to give this new booty builder machine a go soon

Negative experience: Very difficult to quit this gym if you can no longer attend. Read the fine print in your contract that you need to attend in person to cancel, because email is apparently not a verified form of communication.... Except for signing a mortgage agreement, applying for government services, purchasing a car.... you know. All the little stuff that pales in comparison to a gym membership.

Fantastic experience: Well run gym. Easy to do a workout pretty much anytime and friendly staff. Never an issue parking as the gym is above woolworths with a huge carpark so even busy times there's always somewhere to park

Negative experience: Enquired about this gym, decided to go with another option, 6 month later I still receive multiple spam text messages with offerer and had at least 3 calls. Glad I didn’t go here parking can be difficult also.

Negative experience: Just called to retire my membership after being a client for over 5 years. Liz, the receptionist? made it extremely difficult to cancel membership and was very rude. After finally agreeing to cancel membership, i proceeded to hang up but could hear her screaming profanities as she thought i hung up. Poor customer service and very rude - probably needs lesson on how to conduct herself professionally. Plenty of other good gyms out there with better service. Would most definitely avoid this gym

I'm constantly impressed with the clean facilities and especially look forward to Free Fruit Fridays :) . A big bonus for me also is that it is family friendly and my son can relax on the lounge while I workout during school holidays. I never hesitate to recommend this gym to friends.

Fantastic experience: Great 24/7 gym with the best manager! Loved the no-locked in contract option and great price. No hidden fees! I had been training there for almost 3 years. The gym is becoming better with renewing equipment which are always in good condition. The gym always clean as well! The new gym style is great thanks to the team effort! Very large range of equipment which is great for beginners and advanced ppl! Unfortunately no group classes available only PT . Kind ppl always training there no issues at all. Also, lookout for the great deals!

Client feedback is acted upon and communicated to members. Anyone can feel comfortable and confident in this gym regardless of fitness level or experience. Best coffee in Everton Park is right across the road in the Coles complex too!

Negative experience: Staff are great but the gym is so small it's a joke. Additionally admin can be a nightmare. When I cancelled my membership I had to write a letter (IN PERSON!) to head office to cancel if you can't get to the gym physically, which left me stranded and hoping my snail mail made it in time before the next direct debit date. Not acceptable in my eyes in this day and age. Franchising issue. There is far better options out there (heaps!) and thankfully you don't have to look far.

Positive experience: The gym is tidy. Liz and Eben are approachable and friendly, which is great since gym snobs that scowl at you if you so much as smile at them can be a real put off in a small gym. The layout is a little different to photos because another cable machine setup has been crammed in since then I think. Posting a review in hopes of a free gym towel that DOESN'T have a zipper for a "secret" pocket in it. Man those things are silly. Hey Liz, I'll update my review to five stars if you *turn the clubbing music right down* when you leave in the evening. I have never seen a late night gym user that doesn't use their own headphones. The doof doof is so loud I can hear it through expensive noise cancelling headphones on max.

Negative experience: **BEWARE - THIS GYM RIPS OF THIER CUSTOMERS*** Advised the gym or cancellation of my membership, paid a 2 week cancellation period fee which was deducted from my bank account. Then the gym continued to steal money from my bank account over a two month period. Demanded they stop stealing from me and return the money but they refused. Had to lodge an official complaint to ACCC! They are preying on thier customers!!!! Be warned!!!!

Positive experience: The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, with follow up phone calls after joining. The personal training sessions were good and tailor made to suit my needs. The equipment is always clean and well maintained and I love the "Classes on Demand" video loops.

It's always clean, the weights are always put away and there is also enough space to workout in. The functional fitness and power rig is definitely a draw card for me.
