Fantastic experience: Such a great gym! I've had an on and off relationship with weights since I was young. I started off learning how to lift weights as a kid in my father's home gym and really grew a love for it there. Going to other gyms that put an emphasis on providing a "polished look" really never kept me enthused for very long as it more felt like you were going to a showroom rather than getting the real gym experience. Iron palace, however, has gone for a more raw and real approach, by providing a gym experience that actually feels like a gym experience and I've not had a problem wanting to go, plus the culture here is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I started at Iron Palace 7 weeks PP after having my twins. I am now 15 weeks PP and lifting heavier than ever before, all thanks to the emotional and physical support from the staff and members at the gym. The owners are hands on and always up for a chat or advice. The old school vibe of the gym is bang on. Never fighting off people for weights or a machine. Couldn't recommend it enough to everyone.
