Gympie City Gym

Fantastic experience: really clean and sanitary. staff were always friendly and ready to help. had lots of equipment range. would recommend to anyone looking for a gym in the gympie area

Negative experience: discusting organization , do not recommend ! my friend became homelesss and relocated out side of the catchment. but due to not have an address when your homeless these people refused to end the contact and continued to take money, they showed no compastion towards this person at all . and when spoken too on the phone where very rude and dismistive.

Negative experience: Worst gym ever. Do not contact you back, ignore all emails. Have had hundreds of dollars come out after trying to cancel membership for 2 years!!!! Was told I had $100 left to pay off my membership and now have banked up to paying over $300 on this membership that was supposed to be cancelled by now. Have tried contacting them multiple times with no answer. Do not recommend them at all. Definitely not worth the money or time.

Fantastic experience: Great gym... Except the sauna is only available during the hours that staff are present.. 9-12am and 3-6pm I think it is.. I asked staff for the pin code to sauna area but was denied.. Im a member.. Why cant i use the sauna when i want to use the sauna?... Also.. You need to turn the sauna on if you intend to use it which takes approx 40-50mins to get it up to temp.. Factor that into the staffed hours when sauna is available.. I joined that gym for the sauna.. The sauna that I saw on the advertisements around town.. The signs that say. City gym.. 24hrs.. Sauna and creche available... Etc etc.. Guess I should've read the fine print.. Anyone know of any other gyms in gympie with a more accessible sauna available?... Other than that tho.. I can't fault the place.. Friendly staff and other members.. Often empty when I go which I like.. Means I can huff n puff n yell n carry on a bit without people lookin at me like I'm a d head.. Haha... Cheers..
