Thanks for the review, it’s defiantly an interesting one, in fact my first negative review in 15 years of being a personal trainer and running a business…

All criticism and feedback is welcomed, this gives us the opportunity to improve.

What I do find interesting however is your points around communication…

You contacted me on a Saturday and Sunday, both in the morning not business hours by any stretch, on Saturday it was actually my daughters birthday and it was her party on Sunday - in fact at the exact same time as your text, my daughter is 6 years old, as you can imagine it was an exciting weekend for her.

Do you work 24/7 Elloise? I think not.

I’m not sure if you run a business Elloise, but if do you would know time management is a very important tool.

On Tuesday I called you 3 times and you never once answered, instead you hid behind text msgs and reviews like a true keyboard warrior.

Lean Performance is happy to admit it’s mistakes and yes your membership unfortunately continued on when it was not meant to, we all make mistakes.

You waited 5 business days for your refund, in any business this would be deemed sufficient.

Anyway Karen, you have a great Christmas and make sure the next gym you review you find some positives
