Sydney Pole (Castle Hill)

Negative experience: 0 star for the equipment of this studio. The carpeted floor for pole class is just not working, I don't go to pole classes here anymore, don't want to get any carpet burn. Did a few lyra classes here, the hoops are huge! I am petite, but never have I been to a studio that not a hoop fits me! That's just dangerous. Two stars for the instructor, cause she tried her best to teach, even though her hoop is too big as well.

Fantastic experience: I’ve loved my experiences at Sydney Pole. Supportive environment in each class and so many options of classes to choose from.

Negative experience: The 2 stars are for the excellent teachers and my fellow students I've spent a decade bonding with when this studio was Miss Fit. If you want stability and a class that will be on every week... don't go here. An app that is working and doesn't glitch? Go somewhere else. When you ask when the app will be fixed - the staff ignore you, which is hilarious since F45 and Fitness Playground use the same app and I never had issues. Expiring class credits due to the fact that it's difficult to try to reschedule what days I'm WFH so I can make it into a class? Most students just let their credits expire because calling up every 2 weeks is painful and demoralizing. I am pretty sick of being told I can go to one of their other studios, when driving along Windsor Road in peak hour to get to the Parramatta studio is easily 1+ hours if I'm lucky.

Negative experience: Signed up for a free trial class and received 4 confirmation emails about the time of class. Turn up and see the studio completely empty and closed. Called the phone number provided, only to be put on hold and informed that the time for the class had changed, however I did not receive any information via email or text indicating that it has been moved. Very disappointed, hope others have a better experience
