Fantastic experience: I needed to cancel my gym membership but I had signed up for the 3 month contract. Fortunately Shay was able to help me. Her customer service was so good I genuinely reconsidered cancelling my membership. Usually gyms are difficult, especially when you're leaving the gym. But Shay was friendly, she said she'd speak to her boss and call me back about what she could do, and then she did call me back and was able to help out. Shay's customer service was as friendly as a normal gym person is when they're trying to sign you up. Thank you Shay for being kind.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best gym in the Sydney Norwest area. Facilities are amazing; some of the best Sydney has to offer. I just wish their opening hours on the weekend are increased.

Fantastic experience: I can not fault this beautiful creche . These girls literally go above and beyond for myself and family , communication is second to none and I could never fault them on that . I am ALWAYS informed if my child if ever upset ( staff members would find me on the gym floor to give me the heads up and it’s never a problem for me) I really appreciate the girls in the creche I would be lost with out them , they are like a second family to me .

Fantastic experience: I went for a tour with my wife & daughter (at the evening pick hour) and the gentleman at the reception was very helpful, friendly and "Real". In a professional way , he didn't trying to impress us by lip service and let us have a walk & make our own judgement. Well done ...

Fantastic experience: I have been member for about one year in this gym. I was member in other gym - 10 years in Fitness First before I joined Virgin Active. The reason I joined VA as it is much more than just a gym. If you need a gym that offers lots of different options to exercise , virgin active is a place to go. Plenty of choices are here - consistent group exercises- weight, yoga, Pilate , dance etc you name it. Also I love swimming here , spa and sauna. In office hours -specially in the morning, parking is issue here. It looks to me other occupants (near by office workers) take over virgin active member parking lots. .its ongoing and bit frustrating when you wait quite long to get your parking lot. parking is no issue in other times. Staffs are nice and friendly and helpful. Love them.

I feel so happy as soon as I walk through those doors. It’s just such a beautiful gym the people are great and it’s important especially on the days when you might not have the right motivation :)

Fantastic experience: It's an upmarket gym, not your usual around the block one. Starting from the equipment to the studios, changing rooms to the instructors and staff, everything has an element of class Though the pricing might be a bit steep that assures you that you rub your shoulders with like minded people. The cafe prices are a bit on the expensive side but then there is another cafe in the same complex around the corner before you enter the parking

Fantastic experience: I love the classes here, especially Dan J’s classes, they are fantastic, you feel motivated the whole way through to push yourself and can definitely feel it the next day! Cain, Nicole + Bel also do great classes. Parking can be a pain at peak hours, but that would be the only downside.

Fantastic experience: They offer everything you could want in a gym. The staff are extremely friendly and the gym is big enough that there is room for everyone to work out. The changing rooms are really big with ample lockers and showers. I’ve tried some of the classes and they’ve all been great so far - full on and fun! Working out here is fun and makes you want to come back.

Fantastic experience: This gym has the best facilities when it comes to kids clubs nothing compares to it! Love how many Zumba classes they offer and the instructors are excellent. Facilities are always clean and well maintained they are constantly improving and getting better and better. I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else.

Pros: - So many things to do, all the equipment you would expect, pool, spa sauna, cafe, rock climbing wall and classes - So many classes - Cool online booking system - I feel they actually motivate you to turn up, unlike other places. - Almost never have to wait to use anything Cons: - Expensive - Hardly any around. Wish there were a few more I could access in other suburbs. - Classes fill up quick, if you don't book early. - Can get rather busy at times - Car park can become full - Friday and Saturday hours could be a little later

Lots of space, countless and varied forms of exercise equipment, lots of staff always available to help, encourage and educate, luxurious bathroom facilities, internet access and computers available for use, always keeping up to date with the latest fitness research and trends. Very easy-going atmosphere with great music played to motivate you (hardly ever need to use my ipod/iphone), spa and sauna just blissful with plenty of space.
