Fantastic experience: People who don't like Virgin Gym should try other Gyms. I have been using Virgin Active Gym for more than 3 years. Love Virgin Gym and it's my favourite. Reasonable fees, vibrant gym ambience, extremely friendly and soft spoken staff. Coach and Instructors are GREAT.. The Gym equipment are very neat and clean, no sweat marks and showers are EXCELLENT. Keep going Virgin and team. I have been to many Gym in Sydney, but nothing as good as Virgin Active. Highly Recommended. Keep it up, Virgin Active & Team.

Negative experience: Parking during peak hours is a disaster. If you want to use the facility uring peak hours (after business hours) consider looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, friendly staff. Don is a legend and helped myself and my business partner get back into the swing of taking time for ourselves. Even though we’re not doing PT anymore, the pool and the spa facilities are a great start to the day!
Negative experience: Today is 16th of Jun. And we went to the pool for 8:30 am class for my 10 months old baby. When I first walked in, I already felt that the temperature is a bit colder than normal but thinking probably they just opened so it will warmer later. But during the class, my daughter starts to shake and her lips are blue. I ask the coach and she says they recently have a problem with air cons and she agrees that it’s not warm today like usual. As a result, I have to take my daughter out of the class after only 10 minutes. My poor baby is shaking and we have to do everything to keep her warm and increase her temperature. I talk to the receptionist and ask her why no one inform us in advance if they have problem with their facilities so that we could consider to take our baby to the class or not. Answer is they don’t know. It’s way too irresponsible for them to be this casual about the safety and health of their members. You are better to judge yourself if you think something is not wrong here as no one will care. Not to mention, their rule is to not take photos or videos. But how come there is a lady that record her baby class, including my baby and another baby the whole time? Why no one even say anything?
Negative experience: Not worth the money. There isnt a single time where at least one facility was out of order whether it be water, dirty bathrooms/sanitiser, sauna/pool and flimsy benches/smith machines. Poor maintenence. Charging 2024 prices for a 2012 gym
Negative experience: Terrible service and absolutely filthy. Out of the 6 virgin actives I’ve been to this is by far the worst. I don’t see how they could ask for $35 for a one time pass, higher than the other gyms that are far better. On top of this, they try charging $2 on top of the $4 a week I already pay for towels to get one
Negative experience: Not happy with services and some hidden fees, due to incident of falling from height, I sent them my MRI report stating about injury prior to my operation however gym asked me to Send them a medical certificate to be bale to freez my membership. Who pays $350 to visit surgeon to get a certificate? Prefer to go to many other gyms with less rules and hidden fees.
Fantastic experience: Don is an amazing personal trainer at the gym, knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested. Honestly could be a standup comedian if he wanted to be. Super down to earth dude and had a great program with him.
Fantastic experience: Why are there so many negative reviews of this place? Genuinely baffled. I LOVE this gym, I joined at the start of the year and although it’s not 24 hours (one of the only downsides!) it’s a HUGE improvement from my old gym and frankly better than most gym’s I’ve visited in all aspects - facilities, staff, equipment etc. I did PT with Ash and now Jemma, both fabulous and really care about me doing my best and achieving my goals. They’ve drilled into me the importance of consistency and helped me lose 5kg since the start of the year and I’ve also gained considerable strength through my time with them. I’ve been a member at 3 different chains of gyms, and Virgin Active (including their PTs) are by far the best. The classes here are great - I love Grid, Pilates, Cycle Burn and SoundBath, and I think if you use the gym often and attend classes each week it’s actually really reasonably priced. To put it into perspective at my old pilates studio single classes were $30. Thanks VA, great gym.
Negative experience: I went for a trial today with a friend who is member of this gym. Virgin Active Northwest be kind to your customers and update your gym equipment, if I have to make the decision to join this gym. It will be a big NO. I did a Cycle class, it was good.
Positive experience: Friendly staff and great classes
Negative experience: How good is it paying the new price of $80 per fortnight, yet the dumbbells have gaffer tape holding them from falling apart. Have to play roulette with the lockers to find a proper one that works. The free weights section is an absolute joke, y’all out here with outdated equipment. The 20kg weight plates have a couple 100g missing in them. The cushions from the bench and equipment are worn out (esp the leg extension). I could go on and on, but y’all out here charging Sydney rent prices for outdated and worn down equipment lol.

Negative experience: A gym like Virgin, with its high prices, which denies towels to customers who arrive in a hurry to attend courses, during their work break... how rude! Terrible variety of courses, there are no courses like Zumba or Step, only Pilates. Very poor communication with customers. Only Dan is always kind and willing to help.
Negative experience: I was a member 4 years ago and had recently rejoined. It’s sad to see the quality of the gym has significantly deteriorated over that time. Consistent broken equipment and facilities, slimey floors in wet areas and the pool, very wet/mouldy smells to bathrooms. It’s very difficult to find staff to report issues to and my experience of staff at reception is often very inattentive and lacking in any care. I appreciate and value their crèche facilities as I found these significantly superior to other gyms. There is also a good range of classes. But I don’t think you can charge a premium membership price and not ensure a premium customer service experience with clean and working facilities.

Negative experience: After expressing mental health concerns and changes needed to be made to my membership, Virgin Active will not act in good faith. A staff member who signed me up said with a flexible membership I can cancel at anytime. When they asked who signed me up, I described the man and they tried to tell me “a lady signed you up”. Therefore whoever signed me up placed it under another staff members name. They have taken $300 to cancel a membership, even after being a loyal client for more than 5 years. They also completed the cancellation survey on my behalf, forgery to avoid the situation is just a poor effort. Very disheartening. I hope I can help at least one person to change their mind about joining Virgin Active.
Positive experience: Grid Classes are Great! - They need to put a limit though, its way too packed now after 4pm and before 10am, if you're going to grow the gym, scale it with more size, equipment and PARKING.... I have to move my schedule around to try train during times in the day to avoid the peak times and not spend 10 mins trying to race someone for a carpark.

Negative experience: An awesome gym and I love training here but I wish the organisation at the reception for bookings would be better. Have tried to book a Vitality health check twice now but both times turned away due to poor communication. PT today (Samir?) failed to come at the appointment time despite me taking an hour off work to be there. No communication to advise me of any changes to appt and reception was unaware. It's a shame because the facility otherwise is awesome.

Positive experience: One of my favourite Virgin Active gyms in NSW! I love that the gym floor has one of the best selections of equipment and is very well naturally lit which makes it feel spacious. Additionally, the rooftop parking makes it so easy & convenient. The only downsides are that I would say 80% of the lockers in the men's room actually don't work and a few of the amenities need a bit of an upgrade/clean (pool roof/fountains etc)

Negative experience: Every review has to be read from a certain perspective and mine is written from the perspective of someone who wanted to rediscover being the fastest in the pool and being able to accomplish whatever I wanted. Did this gym help me in that? No, not at all. Sure, it is clean and people were polite. But I never got the feeling they cared about me, that anybody gave a stuff about whether I was there or not. They just seemed happy to take the fees. When help was needed, they didn't call back the same day when they promised. The call came but it was 2 weeks later. In that sense it is just a place to go and use equipment. If you are motivated to attend classes etc then great, but then if you are someone who needs help, who wants to go to a place that acknowledges you and is on brand with what Virgin is meant to stand for, then I felt my experience was a massive let down

Negative experience: Sarah at the front counter was plain racist/ discriminatory and rude. she is disrespectful, arrogant and dirty/ unhygienic. I would not recommend this gym to anyone who wants a decent gym to train. Surely not exclusive in any way. Luke the manager is also clueless when it come to management. This issue has nothing to do with your ‘towel’ policy.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed a 12 week program with one of the most outstanding personal trainers that I have ever engaged. Calissa has been incredible in not only keeping myself motivated, but also making me feel that she is truly invested in my fitness journey. Negative experience: Their strike system makes no sense. Give them almost 23 hours notice if you can’t make a class but that doesn’t matter if it’s after 8pm the day before. So silly

Negative experience: Terrible place full of rude and hypocritical staff. The trainers will intimidate members and drop and slam the weights when they exercise and then tell off members for doing the exact same thing. The salesman who I spoke to when I cancelled told me I needed to keep my membership because I was still fat. Avoid.

Negative experience: I have been going to this gym for over 8 years and have been quite happy with this place. I have left Virgin Active as they have cancelled all Zumba classes and a few other classes as well. We used to have 11 Zumba classes before Covid, then after it was down to 4, us thinking it will build up again. Obviously, it doesn’t mean anything to management that we had up to 40 people per class. Quite a few gyms in the area are offering Zumba classes, so there is no problem finding another place. Just sad after so many years, being a great place to exercise that it has come to this. They want to focus on Pilates reformer (not much else), putting heaps of beds in the main studio with 1 person supervising everybody. Good luck with that, one can get hurt using it incorrectly. Lately it also has been quite hot in the gym and the studios. I guess they don’t want to spend money on aircon. Sorry, to leave, but I have no choice. Would not recommend this gym at this stage, compared to other gyms it is not cheap and lacks variety.

Fantastic experience: Best crèche EVER! Ruth and her team (too many lovely ladies to mention) have always been amazing at caring for my kids. From a baby till school ages my kids have always enjoyed being there to play, and I don’t have to worry whilst I’m at the gym. They’re in the best of hands. Can’t rate the team and the service highly enough. Caring and professional. I’ve noticed mostly all the same staff over the last 5 years of going there too, such good consistency. They appear to truely love what they do.

Negative experience: Edit since my 2021 review: Many instructors have left and not replaced, multiple classes cancelled without notice, constant air con issues in mind body and boxing/pump rooms upstairs making it unbearably hot during classes, vibrating plate machines downstairs taken away, spa buttons constantly broken, hand sanitisers frequently empty and lack of parking during peak periods. I used to prefer going to mid morning or lunch time classes to avoid the after work rush but many classes (pump, yoga, etc) during those times were cancelled. Not what you expect from a gym that charges a premium. Zumba and barre classes were discontinued to make way for more reformer pilates classes. So because of management’s inability to recruit a talent pool of instructors and keep them happy, members suffer despite membership fees going up. Feedback from members are ignored, instead we’re being told to try other classes. The number of instructors that have left in the last 6-12 months tells me there’s a problem here. Spoke to Tom at the front desk on 2nd Nov to cancel my membership but they still debited my account on the 17th, so will be contacting my bank to dispute the transaction. Will be moving my business to fitness first or Waves and I know many others have gone already. Good luck keeping your new members on half price memberships past the end of the year. Good range of classes and I feel safer here than I did at my old gym in terms of cleanliness and the staff adhering to covid rules. Less 1 star due to the ongoing issues with the a/c in the Mind Body room.

Negative experience: Joined VA Norwest since 2012, located less than 4 mins away from home so it’s a convenient and easy option. This gym has so much potential. It’s such a shame post-covid they seem to be making lot more bad choices. They constantly requesting members for feedback/survey but no one ever follow up whatsoever. It’s an expensive gym, for the price you pay certainly expect much more. Starting this week, they decided to discontinue many popular classes all together and move the “reformer pilates” from an existing effective space to the common workout room. This has really upset a lot of their loyal members. Those who gave their feedback were told “if you are not happy, you can leave”. An absolute disgrace and rude customer service. They removed Zumba/Barre/ and other popular classes which is extremely upsetting. There is a big Zumba community within VA Norwest. At one stage Zumba was one of the highest filled classes and it would get booked out within mins, classes are always full and hard to find a place to stand, and members formed a strong social network. So instead of listening to what their members wanted, VA response to their members with extremely rude and arrogant way… very upsetting. It’s time to break the relationship and find a new gym.

Negative experience: It’s fine. There are a couple of great Pilates instructors, but the reformer beds have seen better days. There are better spin classes elsewhere; the music is consistently bland. I like the Technogym equipment and the cafe staff are friendly. Loos feel a bit grungy for the membership price point. Not a terrible gym, but not my fave.

Positive experience: This is one of the best gyms I have ever been too and the type of people that go to this gym are good as this place doesn’t have any bogan/eshay people coming in. I feel women can workout in this gym without getting bothered by male attention and a safe environment for women. The demographic of people that come to this gym are generally professionals and therefore there is no issues from what I’ve seen of guys doing supersets and I don’t see any roid heads either compared to world gym marsden park. The gym equipment is a little outdated but I’m sure it’ll be upgraded soon. The classes are amazing (yoga and etc) The pool, sauna and spa are amazing. I highly recommend this gym anyone who wants to workout in a nice friendly environment.

Positive experience: This gym's facilities is awesome however choose your gym time carefully as it gets super busy and the carparks fill up! If you're trying to make it to a class during peak time, you may end up running late if you don't plan ahead for parking... I noticed that the adult pool is also being used by kids now, and I'm hoping it's not an ongoing thing, as this feature is one of the main reasons I joined virgin active. I wish there was a Virgin Active in Parramatta to try and free up some gym space!!! Enjoy the gym!!!!

Negative experience: Disappointed with Virgin's so called transparency!.....If I could give 0 stars I would. I was on a flexible membership ( could cancel anytime) and had holidays planned. I spoke to staff at Norwest and asked for my membership to be frozen. Virgin sent me an email with the dates only. What they didn't tell me was the freeze fees. I came back 6 weeks later to see Virgin had been deducting my account. I cancelled my membership that day. This is not acceptable. A staff member should have been upfront and transparent about the process. Instead, a vague email was sent with dates and the company continued to take fees out. I spoke to Tom who stated it was in my contract and I should have know this. He also said Virgin is transparent a number of times. Strange that I never received the contract in my inbox as suggested, that Virgin couldn't resend the original email with the contract (that was only a few months old), that staff didn't explain the process even when asked face to face and that this business believes that taking freeze fees on a casual membership without disclosure is being transparent. I would recommend you support another business where people matter and you are treated with respect.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! I was very nervous to join a class but every instructor I’ve had was really great and super fun. I love that I can try so many different and new things like training on the gym floor, doing a class or even using the pool, spa and sauna, it’s definitely worth it. I’ve recommended this gym to all my friends and will continue to train here!

Fantastic experience: I visited this gym last week and have to say it’s the best gym in the area! I have trained at multiple gyms like Body-fit, Anytime fitness, lime gym etc but nothing comes close to this. I’ve read all the reviews and asked my self “how’s does a place like this get only 3.2 star rating that provides an outstanding facility, plus state of the art equipments/ machines. The staff are very friendly and helpful, other people training here are also nice to talk with, especially the girls that train here aren’t stuck up like other Sydney girls! I can understand that people living around the area have a high standard but they can definitely give more credit to this place! Keep up the good work guys and I’ll definitely be coming again soon to visit!

Fantastic experience: I love going to virgin active. I wasn’t a member for a few years due to Covid and some other things that came up but my wife and my in-laws kept going and they just convince me to keep going and turns out my best friend goes it to and so do so many of my long lost friend that I haven’t spoken to since before Covid and I’m having the best time ever even though my DOMS atm is insanely unbearable LOL

Negative experience: Joined VA Norwest since 2012, located less than 4 mins away from home so it’s a convenient and easy option. This gym has so much potential. It’s such a shame post-covid they seem to be making lot more bad choices. They constantly requesting members for feedback/survey but no one ever follow up whatsoever. It’s an expensive gym, for the price you pay certainly expect much more. Starting this week, they decided to discontinue many popular classes all together and move the “reformer pilates” from an existing effective space to the common workout room. This has really upset a lot of their loyal members. Those who gave their feedback were told “if you are not happy, you can leave”. An absolute disgrace and rude customer service. They removed Zumba/Barre/ and other popular classes which is extremely upsetting. There is a big Zumba community within VA Norwest. At one stage Zumba was one of the highest filled classes and it would get booked out within mins, classes are always full and hard to find a place to stand, and members formed a strong social network. So instead of listening to what their members wanted, VA response to their members with extremely rude and arrogant way… very upsetting. It’s time to break the relationship and find a new gym.

Negative experience: Frankly, I was very disappointed with the quality of the facility. The spa area is slippery and grimy. Also the shower rooms are usually very filthy I don’t think they get cleaned very often.

Negative experience: I Come here for swimming . Coach christina is welcoming and amazing . But staff not welcoming . At a point in morning tried to ask question to one of staff she wasn’t bothered she was very rude and didn’t felt she was interested in answering my question. Adding my review- not happy with service , I will be not coming back
Negative experience: Our children in there care I’m absolutely disgusted and out raged The people working in the child care at facility should be locked up and not allowed to look after children I booked my child in under there care for two hours from 10.30 to 12.30 To my surprise the person looking after my child came to me saying we close at 12 now but when taking the booking I was not informed of this and they wrote in the book 12.30 pick up and then found my child crying as this person was telling him your mother is up stair taking pictures. What kind of place is this to do this to a child and nobody taking responsibility just pointing fingers I wouldn’t recommend this place and would like the manager to please do something about this as this is children in there care

Negative experience: I put my kids in Swimming Last year 2021, but i was not happy as no dedicated training and assessment happened, so i stopped sending my elder kid. from last year until today, its been more than 6-7 months, my younger daughter in same level, no assessment updated in the system. Finally, they conducted First assessment today after 6-8 months, I was looking for the status and they said status will be shared end of the term(in another 4 weeks), which is really unfair, paying money but still in the same level until next term even kids moved to next level.
Positive experience: Its ok, gym has high ceiling giving it an airy open bright light area. Was a member with them prior to the whole COVID shutdown period. Yogo/spin classes feel available less frequent that what it was back in 2015. Contracts still practice inflexiable / lock in like (12months/12weeks), though they have the one visit $20 (minimum 2 visit/2weeks) "Once a-weeker". Equipment was ok, used/old but working. At another near by gym no lock in / 24 hour access, though no classes. Virgin Active Norwest its ok...
Positive experience: I have been coming to this fitness club for 2 weeks now and before that, Pitt St Club for almost a year now. everything else here is cool and is what you would expected from a premium health club. However, the only thing irritates me is the air conditioning inside the club, it’s really hot and humid in the mens change room almost all the time and it’s quite warm on the free weights floor all the time, not sure if it’s intentional by the club management. With 3 sides of the health club fitted with ceiling to floor windows and the summer is just around the corner ; you’d expect the air conditioning to be running at full thrust, as it’s been that way in Pitt St Club.

Positive experience: Great gym but the spa is constantly breaking and no one lets you know. Also have very limited parking during busy times which is understandable but they then deduct points (which prevent you from booking classes) off you for not getting in on time when it is completely due to lack of parking.
Fantastic experience: 100% the gym and especially the swim school. SWIMSTERS! My son had been attending since he was 9 months old (would have been earlier but Covid stopped that from happening). My son gets so excited every week when he knows it’s his lesson day and now that he is 3yrs of age and without us in the water with him, he is exceeding our expectations. We know this is from the dedication of his amazing swimming instructors. My husband also started taking lessons in the adults classes and even after 12 weeks (dedication from his amazing instructor and his own determination) he is already able to freestyle and is now learning backstroke. The facilities are amazing and we cannot be happier. We love that we get to choose if we would like to swim during the school holidays or not which means we don’t miss lessons when we choose to go on holidays. 100% recommended for all ages!

Negative experience: This place has so much potential, however, it seems owners are not willing to dip into their pockets, Charging $40 a week for an overcrowded, run down gym is daylight robbery. Tonnes of Technogym Equipment which has the same commercial quality of the trash they sell at Rebel Sport (all in one gyms) 10+ years and the place hasn’t seen a splash of green to upgrade broken and consistently out of order equipment - members deserve better. Stay well clear, plenty of gyms around the area for your hard earned dollars
Fantastic experience: Virgin Active - Norwest is quite the gym to be working out. I signed up for Pitt St but since Norwest is closer to where I live, I split my time between the two centres. The classes are amazing. There is a big variety in the classes being offered. The facilities are top notch. People are always willing to help. I do the reformer classes on Mondays and Tuesdays with Shriya. She is very good. You walk out of the class with a complete work out. The classes are unique. I highly recommend her classes and the gym.
Negative experience: Please beware of 12 months contract and how they will charge $300 if you want to cancel your membership. This was not told by staff that it's a 12 month contract during signing up. Go for flexible terms without contract so you can stop when you want. Previously i had been on the flexible term and again rejoined after lockdown and without my knowledge i was put on 12 months contract. Not a fair practice. The staff should have mentioned that previously you were on flexible terms and now this is different and 12 months contact. Paid $300 and cancelled membership. Good bye forever. Was going to join after winter but now NEVER COMING BACK HERE. Bad practice.

Fantastic experience: I needed to cancel my gym membership but I had signed up for the 3 month contract. Fortunately Shay was able to help me. Her customer service was so good I genuinely reconsidered cancelling my membership. Usually gyms are difficult, especially when you're leaving the gym. But Shay was friendly, she said she'd speak to her boss and call me back about what she could do, and then she did call me back and was able to help out. Shay's customer service was as friendly as a normal gym person is when they're trying to sign you up. Thank you Shay for being kind.
Fantastic experience: Probably the best gym in the Sydney Norwest area. Facilities are amazing; some of the best Sydney has to offer. I just wish their opening hours on the weekend are increased.

Fantastic experience: I love it it’s very clean
Fantastic experience: I can not fault this beautiful creche . These girls literally go above and beyond for myself and family , communication is second to none and I could never fault them on that . I am ALWAYS informed if my child if ever upset ( staff members would find me on the gym floor to give me the heads up and it’s never a problem for me) I really appreciate the girls in the creche I would be lost with out them , they are like a second family to me .

Negative experience: It is very disappointing that virgin Active Norwest is using heavy tack ticks if your account is ioverdue by one day , you will be called aside in from of other members and will be spoken to you about your account and you will not be allowed in the gyn until your account is settled. it humilating and breach of privacy because they are creating an impression in front of other member that you do not pay your membership on time and you have a debt ..

Negative experience: Ongoing security breaches in the ladies change room. Three friends have reported missing properties. Belongings are stolen. The management is uncaring towards members who have suffered financial loss. The management is totally ineffective in stopping the disappearance of members ' belongings and understands that victims can get a police report number if they want.

Positive experience: Amenities are tired and old. Ironing board hasn’t been working for months and no sign of repair. Bathrooms are dirty - no effort to maintain hygiene. Gym floor, spa and pool are great though.
Negative experience: The GM April was very rude when myself and other customers complained about their insane, inconsistent rules for classes. Have cancelled membership and encourage any prospective member to consider other gyms.
Negative experience: Very poor experience with Tom (Sales Manager) - extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. I wanted to end my membership for a number of reasons and was also aware of the contract clause I signed that stated you may terminate your membership immediately within 30 days if the home club has been closed for 30 days or longer (8.2 b ii). Tom mentioned they changed the contract in April to remove this term - however, this doesn't change the contract I signed and agreed to earlier on. To anyone else who is considering cancelling their membership, please be aware of the rights you have and call this out - they will keep pushing you to pay $300 unless you explicitly call out the contract clause. Very deceptive practices as they are aware of this contract clause, but will not provide you with the $300 cancellation void unless you specifically point to your contract. Disappointing.

Positive experience: Fantastic facilities. Great classes. Fabulous variety of classes even. Staff and instructors are fantastic. However, there are one or two front counter female staff members that do not know how to greet members coming in. Instead, they prefer to chat amongst themselves. What a bad lasting impression.

Negative experience: Terribly experience with this club, had an incident where my belongings were stolen from me - as I notified the staff the next day they advised they saw it on the camera and advised someone would contact me with updates ... a lady contacted me two days later advising she saw my belongings but advised could not see who took it I advised her that it was in the cup holder of the machine and she confirmed she was see it there but was not able to see who took it. She advised she would call me few days later. Still no response 3 weeks later . A poor quality of service and poor sense of management to allow thief in the gym without any consequences

Negative experience: Really disappointed with this gym. Been with them over 5 years and they've in the last 2 years been dishonest about the charges, increased membership pricing without giving notice. And the membership pricing for new members has gone up even though the classes have reduced and are most of the time fully booked.

Positive experience: Been members for over a year. One of the best quality gyms in AU for sure. One thing that is a constant issue IMO is that the classes and music are too loud (have personally recorded sounds in the range of 95 Db!) I can't understand whether it is a gym or a discotheque! The Grid classes are the worst offenders because they are open. Almost 75% of people listen to their own music in the gym, but this forces us to listen to it at unhealthy volumes, something which Virgin Active should keep in mind considering the studies that are going into pre mature hearing loss due to these patterns.
Fantastic experience: I went for a tour with my wife & daughter (at the evening pick hour) and the gentleman at the reception was very helpful, friendly and "Real". In a professional way , he didn't trying to impress us by lip service and let us have a walk & make our own judgement. Well done ...

Fantastic experience: I have been member for about one year in this gym. I was member in other gym - 10 years in Fitness First before I joined Virgin Active. The reason I joined VA as it is much more than just a gym. If you need a gym that offers lots of different options to exercise , virgin active is a place to go. Plenty of choices are here - consistent group exercises- weight, yoga, Pilate , dance etc you name it. Also I love swimming here , spa and sauna. In office hours -specially in the morning, parking is issue here. It looks to me other occupants (near by office workers) take over virgin active member parking lots. .its ongoing and bit frustrating when you wait quite long to get your parking lot. parking is no issue in other times. Staffs are nice and friendly and helpful. Love them.
