Fantastic experience: Excellent gym n program. Andy is an amazing and very attentive coach. He is so passionate about what he is doing. He goes above and beyond to help you to be your best. The gym is a community that you meet people, make friends n have fun beside working out.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Dural F45 two months ago after not going to the gym for two years due to a loss of confidence. Andy, a personal trainer at Dural F45, is very friendly and makes me feel like I can do the exercises no matter how difficult they are, which boosts my confidence. I highly recommend this gym as it has helped me, and I'm sure it will help you too.
