Fantastic experience: Sandro at Muscle Gym welcomed my family to train together and it’s been a great decision. We are seeing the results while having fun in a supportive environment. It really doesn’t feel like we’re working out and we never dread going to our session. Sandro’s enthusiasm for training is infectious and keeps us motivated to do more. Sandro really is a cut above the rest and unlike other PTs.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time working with a personal trainer. I wanted to build core strength and establish some new fitness habits. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Sandro - in a month I learned a lot and feel much fitter and stronger. I will be back for check-ins to keep on track.
