Fantastic experience: I’m really impressed with the gym ! The ice bath is a game changer for recovery, and the sauna is such a nice touch after a workout. The equipment is modern and well maintained Everything you could ask for, from weights to cardio machines. On top of that, the price is incredible for the value you get with the whole package. The staff are friendly too, which makes it even better. Very pleased with this place definitely worth checking out !

Fantastic experience: I was in Dubbo for work and reached out to a couple of gyms to train at. The Iron Foundry got back to me straight away and we’re able to meet me at the time I needed to train. They gave me a quick tour and let me do my own thing. Made it so easy for a drop in which is hard to find. The space was excellent with so many machines, strongman equipment, Olympic lifting equipment and a sauna and ice baths. As a CrossFit athlete, I was able to get my session done with no worries. I’ll definitely be going back

Fantastic experience: This is one of those rare gems of a gym! Excellent facility, high quality competition grade equipment, with a passionate gym owner that's always willing to lend his knowledge. Won my first ever strongman comp because of this gym ️‍♂️.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, the owner is friendly and welcoming, members are great and the gym has all the gear you could dream of catering to any strength sport including an insane range of strongman implements that we are extremely lucky to have access to in the Central West. Recovery setup with sauna, ice baths and compression boots is an added bonus too.

Fantastic experience: By far my favourite Gym in Dubbo run by a great bloke, The quality of equipment is top notch and has everything for everyone’s needs as-well as a Sauna, Ice baths and massage guns and massage boots you can sit down on the lounge and relax and watch TV whilst you have them on, 10/10

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. It has great functional equipment like tyres to flip, sledge hammers, sled push, as well as a great recovery section. I wish there were more gyms like this!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely terrific gym for a number of reasons: - One of the best (the best) selections of high end lifting and strongman equipment in one place that I've seen in NSW (especially for a gym of it's size), not to mention cold plunge and sauna facilities. - 24hr access with no lock-in contracts, very very affordable, and not crowded. - Warrick is both welcoming and knowledgeable. I'm now located back in Sydney and am struggling to find a gym that can compete with the Iron Foundry to be honest. Cheers, Quinn

Fantastic experience: Fantastic CrossFit/strongman style gym in Dubbo that also has a IR Sauna and two Ice Baths! Out in Dubbo for work for the past 10 days, and was pleasantly surprised to find this gym on google maps just around the corner from where we were staying. Has everything you could possibly want or need for a good workout (more bars than Bangkok), and was fun to try out some of the strongman equipment (barrels, stones, yokes etc.) You can even deadlift a Holden Barina out the back if you want! Absolutely love the owners mentality and he was brilliant in doing us a great deal for the limited time we were here. Sauna and ice bath is a huge plus, and is available 24/7 with keycard access. Be aware that this is a functional fitness/strength style gym, so don’t expect to find machines or mirrors. This is the kind of gym that you go to to get a hell of a workout with like minded people, and I highly recommend at least checking it out.
