Fantastic experience: Ebony, the receptionist was absolutely amazing! She was approachable and bubbly. I recently signed back up with Feelgood as I used to use the gym in Golden Square but now I am closer to the Strathdale one. This gym layout was different to the the Golden Square one and Ebony gave me a very thorough tour, including the ladies area and the best place to store belongings and made me feel comfortable as it has been a while since I last gymed. My first workout was awesome and Ebony said goodbye and asked if I would be in the following day. It made me want to come back. First day at a new gym and I now don’t feel like the new girl. Could not recommend Ebony enough!

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership with them and the day after they take money out of my account for the next fortnight. Contact them and they tell me they have now cancelled my membership. They say it is too difficult to refund me the error but I can use the gym for another 2 weeks (which I don't want). Just found out they have billed me for another 2 fortnights since.

Positive experience: Disappointed with misleading advertising for membership. The price they display on their special advertisement is not a available. You need to pay a direct deduction fee on top of advertised price. If you choose to pay upfront you cannot have the advertised "deal".

Negative experience: Found the manager very rude and inconsiderate. The gym has good equipment.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, stacked with all the equipment you could ever want. Has a great vibe both when it is busy and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff on hand to help you with any questions or advice you might need.

Positive experience: Great place for a gym membership, specially as a student but it gets really hot in summer. Letting the members choose the music is cool...unless one person takes over the whole time you're there.

Fantastic experience: It's a gym. You pay to move weights you could replicate with objects from the garage. But for some reason the location makes it easier to focus. Maybe it's the terrible music. I do like the hip adduction machine though.
