Fit4U Personal Training Specialists

I'm not the fittest (or youngest) member of this welcoming, friendly group, but Shane manages to challenge everyone to their individual limits and no-one gets left behind.

I've found Fit4U to be a really friendly, positive and encouraging group, and Shane provides a lot of variety in the sessions. I highly recommend Shane and Fit4U to anyone looking to get fit outdoors with a friendly and like-minded group of people.

Training outdoors with a great bunch of fun and supportive people and a trainer who not only has a lot of experience, but genuinely cares about keeping you motivated and moving, has kept me coming back.

The classes are varied, fun and challenging. All fitness levels are catered for, and Shane goes out of his way to ensure everyone feels comfortable pushing themselves to achieve personal fitness and wellness goals.

The best part about Fit4U is the constant diversity. All levels of fitness are catered for at every session and there is a lot of fun and laughter too!

Fantastic experience: Amazing trainer, never felt more fit and in Control of my body and fitness. The group is friendly, all different age groups and everyone works at their own pace/abilities. I look forward to going to every session!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic trainer, you will get get the results you want plus it's within a lovely friendly group. I've trained on and off with Fit4U for over 9 years now!! Highly recommended!!

Negative experience: Loved the group as they are very supportive but didn't find the training worth the money and the instructor is average.
