He is a man with life experience in the body building arena and knows what he is talking about not some 20 year old just out of PT school. I feel I have found a comfortable place to train and achieve my goals.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town by far and I've been to all of them, may not have a fancy sauna, but it has the best equipment, music and general homey vibe that makes you feel comfortable enough it feels like your second home. Not to mention the owner is one of the best blokes I know that always has time to talk about technique, diet or general wellbeing.

Positive experience: South Burnett strength is a gym like no others in town. The equipment is all heavy duty and the owner Paul will rush over to help you if he see’s poor technique or if he see’s you struggling. Being Paul has trained with 2 of the best strength coaches in Aus, his intellect in the strength gaining process is definitely worthwhile of your time and for a measly $14.95 a week is awesome.
