Best gym in the South Burnett. It has so many facilities, amazing atmosphere, super welcoming & helpful staff and a huge range of equipment. Also has the cutest gym dog (mascot) ever!!

Very well equipped gym for a small town. And they even have a sauna and a pool table. This is our daily go-to before or after work and so far the members and staff have been very pleasant

The whole Conquer team really holds a high level of professionalism and knowledge, not only when it comes to the gym side of things but also supplements and sports therapy. I can't thank the crew enough for the ongoing support and encouragement... to the whole team well done and thank you ????

I initially moved to Kingaroy for my student placement but I decided to stay permanently in Kingaroy because of how Conquer motivated and inspired me to be better. The staff are so welcoming; friendly and hilarious and they constantly check in; that’s what drew me back. I really love conquer because it makes me feel like part of a fitness family; either than seeing great physical results; my mental health and confidence has improved tremendously due to the care of this wonderful team .
