Fantastic experience: I joined this gym approx 3 years ago and its the best decision ive ever made. The ladies are friendly and welcoming and the trainers are very skillful. The gym is stress free with no pressure.

Fantastic experience: We joined this gym approx 3 years ago. You could not ask for a better group of like minded women. The trainers are fabulous great variety of classes, weight training, aerobics, Pilates, step classes and lots more. We also have social activities lots of fun with fitness being the focus.

Regular social activities bring us together, promoting a sense of community and empowering us to become the best version of ourselves.

All ladies welcome but the majority of our members 45 + … There is an emphasis on our functional fitness which I love. It’s non judgemental and there’s always plenty of laughs. It’s a great way to start the day
