Positive experience: I joined one year ago and it was one of the best decisions I have made, I wanted my clothes to fit comfortably and feel better in myself. I have achieved these goals during the year and feel good and my continue use of Tone & Trim helps me maintain this feeling. The atmosphere is friendly and Chris is there to help achieve your goals. Fantastic experience: This unusual gym is really great to get started regaining some health after an illness or injury. Chris is great and I've already dropped a couple of kilos and have strength returning to my body after a long period of intense illness. Can highly reccomend.
