Fantastic experience: Such a different and refreshing approach to training and health than I have previously experienced. I am so thankful for all the knowledge that the trainers Female Specific Training provide. Great community feel & camaraderie. If you are thinking about it - this is your sign to just try!
Fantastic experience: I’ve had chronic back pain for over 10 years now and never thought I’d be able to get back in the gym and lift heavy again. But with the help of these ladies I’ve been able to surpass what I even thought possible for myself physically, and I’ve never felt stronger. Their depth of knowledge and expertise in this field continues to surprise me to this day. I can go into the gym each time knowing that they will be able to help me regardless of my issues, and support me wherever possible. They care not just about your physical fitness, but your mental and spiritual wellbeing as well, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Skye’s for a few months now ( after finding her on a FB ad) and cannot recommend her enough. I initially approached her with weight loss in mind but have gained so much more. I’m stronger, my mobility is so much better. I have multiple pre existing injuries from a car accident and she tailors all exercises to suit that. Skye is very generous with her time, knowledge, support and friendship. Her holistic approach to both physical and mental health specifically for women really separates her from other PTs

Fantastic experience: FST is an amazing gym and community. Skye takes the time to get to know your fitness level and what your goals are then designs programs to help you achieve them. I’ve learned so much about training as a female and how important to understand training with your cycles. Its help to improve my form and quality of workouts. Before joining FST, I regularly suffered from back pain. It was interfering with my job and my hobbies. I’m happy to say Skye has helped me correct this and I spend hours at the pottery wheel without pain. Thank you Skye! If you are looking for a great community of women, this is the place for you.
