Fantastic experience: Rung has worked at some of Australia's top fight gyms since hanging up his gloves as a fighter in Thailand, and also works as a professional Muay Thai referee. He can equally get you fight-ready or just plain fit, and either way you'll have fun doing it. I use him as a personal trainer and also go to his fighters' classes, but there are classes for all levels and abilities, including kids. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking to learn how to Box or learn Muay Thai, Rung is a definite go too. From beginner to Professional, Rung easily adjusts to your capabilities as well as push you to new found limits. I’m currently doing 3 a week and still learning more each session after 4 months Highly recommended.
