Fantastic experience: Coops Fitness is awesome! In the short time I’ve been training with them I have lost weight, gained muscle, been educated on nutrition and constantly been encouraged and supported no matter how many times I feel like a failure. I’ve been to several personal trainers in the last few years that seem to pay more attention to aesthetics than physics with statures like Arnold Schwarzenegger. As much as I can appreciate one’s desire to look toned, it doesn’t mean overall fitness should suffer. Before joining Coops Fitness I was under the misconception that lifting weights would yield the best result in the shortest amount of time. As a professional who works full time it often became difficult to have regular gym sessions, so when I did go I’d spent my time focused on anaerobic exercise. This all changed with Coops. The science of health and fitness was thoroughly explained to me to quickly curb my bad habits; and believe me, I had many. After only a short time of training twice a week, an hour jog around the park on weekends and the health science knowledge to understand what to eat, when to eat it and why, I’ve never been more fit. If you’re looking for a great way to become fit and healthy and have fun whilst doing it, look no further…Coops Fitness – an inspiration to us all.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dan at Coops Fitness for PT for the last 6 months and it's always a pleasure dealing with him. He is always upbeat and energetic about what he does and demonstrates a true passion for his work. I would recommend Coops Fitness to anyone looking for a personalised fitness studio with a difference.
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Dan since May 2014. While the start was a little rocky with commitments that took me overseas twice and interstate regularly he was always encouraging me to train and eat well even when I wasn’t able to attend sessions. When I returned from my first overseas trip I was 99.7 kg’s - the heaviest I had ever been (and delighted to say have ever been). I have only ever trained at the most twice a week with Dan and have since lost over 10kgs and kept it off. While ultimately I am responsible for my success and failures, however I could not have done this without Dan. His style of training, healthy eating and realistic goals ring true. However as we have all heard consistency is key! 18 months ago I relocated to the Gold Coast, I no longer attend group classes, but I do travel twice a week to train with Dan in PT classes and wouldn’t have it any other way. I couldn’t imagine a better mentor, coach and friend.
Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dan for a couple of months now and I am so amazed at how far I've come with his guidance in such a short time - both physically and mentally. I went from hating exercise more than anything - to now genuinely looking forward to my Saturday morning PT sessions - plus I"m generally much more active in my spare time now too. In just a few short months with Dan and with a balanced, healthy diet, I'm fitting into all of my "skinny clothes" that were hidden in the back of my closet and I feel more toned and comfortable in my skin. I highly recommend Dan to anyone looking to kick start or maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: I started attending 2 bootcamps a week with Dan more than 2 years ago. Prior to that I had not been part of any formal fitness regime. The most I would have done was a walk with a friend, and we probably talked more than walked, plus an occasional bike ride. Gradually, I have increased my attendance to 4 sessions a week and have twice taken part in a weekend obstacle challenge that included running through mud and climbing over walls and having lots of fun. I went for a bike ride recently and was able to ride up a steep hill near the Story Bridge without stopping. Never have I been able to do that. I have to applaud Dan for getting me to this point where I can achieve these little milestones. His sessions are quite structured, yet he is very tolerable and has a calm attitude when explaining what he expects us to do. Dan continues to introduce new exercises and mixes up what we do, which makes it interesting...we are never idle. Over the years more and more of us are discovering Dan and everyone is very welcoming when new people join the group sessions. Dan loves what he does, he is continually upgrading his own skills and he shows us how to improve our health life which enhances our everyday life. Dan offers your first session free, so would highly recommend trying Coops Fitness and enjoy the benefits of a fitter body.
