Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms that I have joined. The instructors are amazing. Very friendly and helpful when it comes to showing you the correct way in exercising. Any previous injuries that you have sustained before going they are happy to show you an alternate way to still do the exercise. The clients that attend are So lovely and they make you feel like part of the family .Trust me when I say that f45 secret harbour will help you change your life in so many ways, I now love and look forward to going each week. My fitness is amazing and my self esteem has improved dramatically. It was definitely worth joining.
