Negative experience: Staff member Lynor, she chooses which members she wants to help, needs to learn some customer service, won't be returning to Rockingham gym.

Fantastic experience: Very well equipped not experienced any waiting time for machines or other equipment. Membership allows for the use of any revo gym 24/7

Positive experience: Best priced gym in Rockingham with duplicate equipment so there's no waiting for someone to get off one

Negative experience: Jamie the manager seemed really rude. very anxious but heard a lot about revo from my friends so went in to ask him questions about joining. All he did was tell me to download the app with cold short answers, I saw another review with some lady saying how great he was but must be because i’m black he was very cold. I have been wanting to join for ages and finally got up the courage but this one interaction was so off putting to me I won’t be joining. Any other ethnic people out there - steer clear

Fantastic experience: It's probably my most favourite gym (currently) just waiting until Revo puts the price up at some point in time because all businesses do. But outside of that pessimistic view, the gym is massive, lots of equipment that is brand new, lots of space, great place to work out.

Fantastic experience: Great gym awesome set up really good equipment and very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Jamie club manager is very outstanding with his customer service he goes the extra mile to answer any queries and solves issues promptly in a very professional manner. All I can say Revo Rockingham Jamie is awesome and his customer service is exceptional. Keep up the good work U do Jamie Ur doing a tremendous job.

Fantastic experience: Came in for the first time the other day and didn’t realise how big the gym actually was! Loved all the brand new equipment they had and the staff were friendly, a staff member named Amy was particularly helpful and gave me a tour of the place. She was very nice and educated on everything around the gym.

Negative experience: Not suited for my fitness level as a beginner novice. There is no group classes to help. It's DIY, the staff were not at all helpful, surprisingly being a new gym, customer service would be top priority. No one to give me any run down or show me how machines work. I even had 3 staff on the floor walk pass me & not even acknowledging. No welcoming customer service. There is a gym just down the road that only cost $10 a week with ladies only section & helpful staff, health assessments with real classes.

Fantastic experience: Revo Rockingham so amazing and big well presented staff great personal trainers and all in all great staff leaded by Jamie and young lady’s and men on front counter yesterday so polite and very enthusiastic in helping the customers out thank you so much team and great to be apart of love everything about the gym and the friendly faces and staff

Negative experience: big gym only opened today and the place had weights everywhere gym equipment was all over the place very rude staff who weren’t very professional which is such a shame as i thought it would be a good environment and treat all members with respect

Negative experience: Signed up few months ago. Was advised of a delay in opening & membership starts from 17/9. But Revo likes to take money beforehand without notification. Then can't get incontact with anyone to discuss.

Fantastic experience: Just signed up at Revo Fitness Rockingham! Amazing facilities and open 24/7 right next to target! The equipement is top notch and the gym also has a sauna. It was very hot as you can see in my selfie but well worth it! Highly recommend
