Connor, Alan and victor and upcoming xander are all amazing trainers I cannot recommend highly enough! Super family friendly too! My kids love being there hanging with the trainers!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant gym. I'm not bias but VSF Is the BEST gym in town. Everyone is made welcomed apon joining and they directly work with you for your very own purpose of being there. Clean environment, welcoming smiles. Alan and Victor deliver amazing plans and results for everyone and there individual paths. Legends !

Victor is very particular about cleanliness and everything having place which I love because I’m the same! I appreciate them allowing me to workout at a time that suits around a busy life with shift work and children. Cant wait to see continued improvements with health, fitness and nutrition.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, it's the best in town. I started on their 6 week challenge which is excellent, I enjoy how they keep you accountable to your goals, then upgraded my membership. Great staff and community - I don't ever see myself leaving :)

Fantastic experience: Great place to train for fitness or martial arts. Victor really knows his stuff and as a current professional boxer his knowledge is current and based off his recent experiences, not from 20 to 30 years ago.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going here so much! The boxing and strength+conditioning classes are WONDERFUL because Victor, Josh and John are awesome at what they do. Super knowledgeable and nice (but disciplined for sure). Everyone at the gym is friendly so the atmosphere is great. Never though I'd enjoy boxing but i do! The facilities are nice and clean, and parking isnt an issue at all ☺
