Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at Brawl for a few months now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. It’s more than just a boxing gym — it has all the gym equipment you’d need for a full-body workout, and everything is super clean and well-maintained. What really makes this place stand out though is Coach Clinton. He’s knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cares about helping everyone improve, no matter their fitness level. He creates a really positive environment, and you can tell he puts a lot of heart into what he does. The people who train here are another big plus — everyone’s friendly, supportive, and welcoming. There’s a real sense of community, which makes showing up and putting in the work so much easier. Whether you're into boxing, weightlifting, or just trying to stay fit, Brawl has something for you. Easily one of the best gyms I’ve been to.

Fantastic experience: This is such a clean gym place I ever visit. just perfect for people who likes to do weight lifting and cardio just ourself (which is that is what I Like to do in here), because the equipments are excellent and complete. Also they provide boxing and something like HIIT program like f45. Yup they do have personal trainer if you need one. The staff are going around frequently to make sure we are safe and yeah that's what make me comfortable (I'm sure you will too) Oh yeah, they also provide shower and change rooms too! 100% recommended

Fantastic experience: Blair the man!! My girlfriend and I had a session with him yesterday where he showed us proper techniques and how to use gym equipment properly and explained things in a way that was entertaining and easy to understand, man deserves a raise for sure. Cheers Blair

Fantastic experience: Very well presented, very big gym, one stop shop for whole family, very friendly staff, would recommend to everyone! Has Boxing, Muay Thai, Kids Fitness, Massage, Weight Loss, Zumba, Gym, Personal Training, Pilates etc, etc...Love it!

Fantastic experience: Weight loss has been my bigest challenge, and finding the bodyconnect has been the best decision for me. After having poor results at many other gyms, bodyconnect helped me tremendously. Not only have I lost 17kg and started to tone up, the social group interaction and friendship at bodyconnect has been outstanding for moral support and helped me challenge myself to keep at it. Highly recommend.
