Kieser Burwood East

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience at Kieser! Mariam was delightful! What a great personality and so skilled!!!! She treated my lower back and painful glute muscle and I’m 8.5 months pregnant. She is a miracle worker! Highly recommend! The strength training is like no other and you will see a noticeable difference in the reduction of pain and strength! Thank you team!

Fantastic experience: The staff here are outstanding - consistently friendly and professional, super helpful, actively listening and solving queries. I've never got the sense that client concerns are treated as a burden or a nuisance. The staff also seem to genuinely get along with each other really well, a good team rapport among them, which makes the whole atmosphere positive. I find this super important. Their positive energy makes my experience that much better. The machines are well maintained and undercover garage parking is a bonus. I'm very happy with the Burwood facility.

Fantastic experience: This is a great physio based gym...If one suffers with aches,pains and strengthning muscles post surgery...Kieser is the right place as they have experienced staffs and knowledgeable physio to lead appropriately

Fantastic experience: Keiser Burwood East has turned my life around! I had been crippled by back pain caused by a deteriorating disc in my lower back. It’s almost 12 months later and thanks to the team (huge shout out to my fav physio Chanh and my exercise physiologist Tris) I’m walking freely and can feel such a difference in the strength of my body. I would highly recommend Keiser Burwood East. 10/10

Fantastic experience: The standout feature of Kieser Burwood East is the amazing team! The facilities are also new and well maintained which is a bonus.

Fantastic experience: Prior to joining Kieser Burwood I was pretty hesitant to join a gym because I'm not a big gym person but after attending this gym for the past 6 months my experience has been fantastic. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. I enjoy the peaceful environment in the gym because there is no loud doof doof music and I don't feel intimidated by other members in the place. The changing rooms and toilets are kept very clean too.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. Only gave one star because you can't give zero. Went there for physiotherapy treatment on a lower back issue. Received a one hour sales pitch. At the end of the hour, I stated, "I came here to be treated" and was told, OK, if you want me to work on your back for 10 mins I can. I went to a different physio the next day and after actually being treated for 45 - 60 mins there was a massive improvement and I have a set of exercises to do at home. I will never go back to Kieser again.

Fantastic experience: Joining Kieser Burwood East was the best decision I have made. I would have not imagined when I started six months ago that I would have been able to walk 10-20k steps per day during my european holiday with no issues! The strength & conditioning program at Kieser is second to none and the staff are fantastic due to their caring nature and the warm friendly environment that they create. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Kieser are an organisation in their own league. The service and follow through that is provided by every employee is the best I’ve seen. The attention, follow up and respect of the employees to every client is unmatched. You can work at your own pace and work towards your own goals which is sensational. Fantastic experience: New Kieser gym in Burwood East. Due to a 6 month old problem with my right foot and increased weight, making it hard for me to walk, I was hesitant to go to a regular gym to get fit at the same time as fixing my foot bursitis/ minor plantar fasciitis/ spurring leading to heel pain and leg/feet stiffness. I am relieved to have found Kieser- Burwood East- physio assessment and care for a few weeks, followed by exercise specialists for a few further weeks and on-going training on specialised medical grade equipment. I am currently in the care of physiotherapist Matt Wang, who is clearly dedicated to improve the fitness of his clients, knowledgeable and well-trained in his field and a kind, trustable and smart person who makes the sessions enjoyable and, most importantly, makes a difference even after 1-2 sessions with highly targeted physio treatment and exercises. Looking forward to more improvement in my condition and very happy with this Kieser- easy to park and friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. At this stage, I feel that the machines are useful and that Matt knows what he is talking about and is careful about which machines to pick, weights and impact on my body for maximum efficiency. It is reassuring that I will not compound my injury but am able to start my journey back to health. Highly recommending this Kieser if you had injuries or pains or frailties and need targeted assistance to improve your health and fitness.
