Fantastic experience: I’ve been participating in this class whilst working in the area. Tim and Audrey have gone above and beyond ensuring that I get the most out the class. They provide the best one on one advice, are always willing to help and work around my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend this place to others who want to work on their fitness level, have fun, participate to a large range of music and genres, and be with a great group of people.

Fantastic experience: I find Integrity Group Fitness Studios to be an excellent place to get fit and maintain fitness. Tim and his team are well-informed and the studio is centrally located in Ballarat. If you have an injury you will get great advice on how to work towards recovery. Drop in and check it out.
