Fantastic experience: The most fun, engaging and challenging form of fitness Ive ever done. The trainers are superb & the community at this studio will keep you coming back for more. Post-workout high fives are obligatory and there are no mirrors (nor egos). If you're in need of a lifestyle overhaul I can highly recommend you give them a go (they have a free week trial). They also have four, 8 week challenges a year which helps to keep the motivation high.
