Fantastic experience: This gym is just the best! I’m a pensioner and only pay a small fee to use it 24/7. It has small class sizes, amazing equipment and so much more. Great PTs too for reasonable price! Highly recommended for over 60s or whatever age you are!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Stepz Shellharbour for around a year now and it is the best gym I have ever been too. It is a very friendly atmosphere, amazing staff, hygienic and tidy, and in a super convenient location. I rate this gym a 10/10 and recommend Stepz Shellharbour to anyone wanting a comfortable gym experience :)

Fantastic experience: This gym has such an inviting and supportive atmosphere! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Erica, in particular, was amazing—so friendly, patient, and genuinely encouraging. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process so easy. The space itself is always clean and well-maintained, which really shows how much the team cares about creating a great environment for members. If you’re thinking about joining but feeling unsure, I’d highly recommend checking it out. Sincerely, a very happy gym-goer :-)

Fantastic experience: This is the most welcoming gym I have ever visited. I’m a newbie to the gym so I had a lot of questions when signing up and the staff were so kind, supportive and patient with me. You really feel known and like you fit in here. This gym is also the cleanest I have visited. It really shows that the team cares about their members and the gym. If you are reading this and on the fence like I was, just go in and see for yourself before you know it you’ll be halfway to your fitness goals!

Negative experience: I've canceled my membership card but he's been taking my money and I need to fix this instead of taking my money

Negative experience: Don't waste your time. I rocked up for a casual session, only to be told they don't accept casuals. She then went on to say no gyms in shellharbour will let me have a casual session. She was very wrong, almost all gyms accepted casuals. Perhaps lose the attitude you brought with you. Worst experience I've had! Wouldn't even give you one star but i had to. Cheers for nothing

Fantastic experience: I have been putting off joining a gym for a long time, but as soon as I went into Stepz Shellharbour I knew I had found my gym. Tracey, Dan & Branden have been so welcoming and gone out of their way to walk me through equipment and gym features. The equipment is all brand new and kept so clean. Never overcrowded, I can always use the equipment or space I need. Thank you Stepz team for looking after me.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very professional and eager to help. They were happy to hear my health issues and help me work on my goals. Tracy and the team are Fabulous. They even took time to make sure my form was on point to make sure I was safe and maximise my exercises. This was at no extra cost, just eager for me to get results. I can't thank them enough, I'm happily in pain I would recommend stepz to anyone. In particular Stepz Shellharbour.

Fantastic experience: Very impressive 24/7 gym that has an all-inclusive approach to members for their fitness goals. Beautiful space with modern, clean amenities and equipment. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Fitness Passport users are welcome.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience joining Stepz Fitness Shellharbour. We were welcomed and given a tour of the facility and tuition on how to use the equipment. We have done a few sessions there now and each time we have had a sensational experience. All the equipment is smooth, clean and great to use.
