Fantastic experience: Vario Health gym has been a great experience for my wife and I. Physically I have experienced good improvements in my walking down steps, shoulder pain and breathing. I put this down to the physiologists guidance, doggedly doing the exercises at my level. Also a huge plus is we also have another circle of fun people around us we may not have connected with, without Vario. I've been attending now for five years and can't see an end in sight. Truly is exercise medicine with no lasting side effects. Thank you Vario staff
